Jarred is always professional and will try and make a plan when it comes to goods and delivery's. I have good experiences with FirstShop. They are always prompt to reply and deliver so for that, I commend them and offer them 4 out of 5 starts (we all know there is always room for improvement :-) )

I was kept up to date with the progress of my my parcel from invoicing to dispatch and ultimate delivery.
The parcel was kept in a very safe packaging to ensure that no damage is done to it while n transit.

Seemed to be some confusion with the Fast pay and order numbers. Also , feedback was very slow , normally from other vendors , one gets an e-mail very quickly with the status on the purchase. Here I had to phone in after a few days to find out what was happening

Overall a very good experience. The price was great and the ordering process simple and straightforward. I received an email invoice promptly but then heard nothing until I happened to be home several days later when a delivery truck showed up. The driver was very courteous and professional but also said he had attempted delivery the previous day. It would have been a 5 star review if they had communicated delivery info to me.

We recently purchased a TPLINK 4G LTE Mobile WiFi unit form FirstShop and were extremely impressed by the efficient and quick response and service. Not only that, their pricing is incredibly competitive, beating all the High Street stores prices.

Friendly, Professional and Quick service. I had lightning damage and had to go through the dreadful exercise of getting quotes and replace the damaged goods. Gareth and his team assisted and made the whole process quick and effortless. All my computer hardware and accessories were quoted, ordered and delivered to my house within 48 hours. Bad service. I ordered ink online and made immediate payment. A week later I still have not received the product and when I phoned to follow up it appeared that they haven't even invoiced it yet. It took another couples of days before it was finally delivered and I was not offered any discount or any form of compensation for the lack of service.

Ordered some printer cartridges online and even though only part of the order arrived on time, the balance was delivered soon after. It would have been good however for FirstShop to be more proactive in letting me know of the delay.

I have dealt with First Technologies for the past 13 years and I have always been able to get all my IT requirements fulfilled by them that no one else could fulfill. Now that they have an online store it has made my life a lot easier to get what I need at a click of a button. Delivery was quick and their systems are well set out.. SMS notifications and next day delivery. This is exactly what my business requirements are.

My experience with FirstShop has been 5 Star on both occasions.. Hendry was amazing and certainly made everything easier and easy to understand in terms of the process.

Fast and effective. Only problem is there should be a way that you can let the customer know when the suspected date and time of delivery would be, either by phone or email. As it is now you must wait and can not leave to do other things.

Only challenge is the payment system via IPAY / OZOW - same error has previous order, and FirstShop is the only retailer where I have an issue with IPAY!

I successfully bought the goods. The system should however be constantly updated for the customer to check the progress of the order.

Very good experience in ordering a Logitech webcam. I received a same-day response for the quote, and also efficient processing of the invoice. The price was really competitive. The deliver service was good - it did take a few days, but I think that has more to do with the availability of stock.

I'd give a 5,but a few things fell short... The finding of what I wanted and the ordering process was almost seamless. Confirmation of order? Quick, but details a tad sparse. My situation is mostly about delivery times and access to information on my package and delivery times... Finally the package arrived over a week after the order,after two phone calls chasing its status of "processing" on the website . The gist I got is customer services know nothing about the whereabouts or what happens after the order is placed.

As a contrast, I ordered a high end electronic device via Amazon and I could track its every move from US supplier, to courier, through freight into SA, and courier to my door. Details included all I needed to contact couriers directly if needed. I knew exactly

With the bad service we as customers experience all over South Africa, it is such a pleasant surprise when you come across a supplier like FirstShop. Shenaaz Essop was of great assistance and very friendly when I ordered a printer cartridge from FirstShop. Not only are their prices the best, but when I queried about delivery charges I was informed that delivery was free!!! WOOOW another pleasant surprise!!! I was expecting a delivery charge of no less than R55 as that is more or less the going rate. At most companies delivery is free only if your order is over R500 or R1000. I would recommend FirstShop to anyone who would like to experience excellent service for a change!

From finding the item I needed in their online store, setting up a profile to order and pay for the item, and then receiving an invoice, payment confirmation and details about the order in fairly quick succession.
