The product I ordered (which was available, according to their website) did not arrive within the promised 6-10 working days. When I called to find out what was happening I was promised a return call with information, which never happened. When I followed up again I spoke to a lovely lady who called me back as promised, to let me know that the product was only due to arrive in the country in about a month's time, and offered me a refund should I wish to cancel the order. She is the only reason this review is a 3 star. It did arrive, actually sooner than expected, but they delivered it to my neighbour without even attempting to contact me. And when she asked if I was aware of the delivery they said "we hope so!" I probably will not be shopping at First Shop again.

Usually good service, but this time I ordered 3 cartridges. Only 2 arrived, with no reason why. On emailing, I hear that the one is out of stock. There should have been a note on the delivery slip to say this. Why did I have to follow up? Still waiting for it to be delivered.....

I put Firstshop to the test in terms of Service delivery and I was very pleasantly surprised with the experience. I placed my orders, the account manager contacted me immediately to advise some items were not in stock and suggested replacement items and with my agreement amended the order. The items were delivered the very next day. One item was wrongly sent and it was all handled very efficiently and processed without further delays. I was kept up to date on progress, after all the items were delivered I had a courtesy follow up call. Like I said this was a refreshing experience compared to the levels on non service in business these days. Well done and thank you. Please keep it up as it will be a distinguishing factor that will put you above your competitors. Thank you!

My order FS976461 (26 August 2018) was send to me with only one of the two items that I ordered. According to the invoice, both items should be in the carton. I had to waist my time to phone customer services, he told me that I must take photos of the carton and e-mail it to Colin and Nicky at First Shop. I waited till 5 September 2018 to receive a SMS from Colin that my order is now complete. On the one photo it shows that on the label it says there is a secondary delivery.Today is the 7th September and I am still waiting!!!!! The service sucks.

Today is the 13 Septrember and I am still waiting for the toner!!!!!!! I have the proof that on the label there will be a the secondary delivery. I have not receive it!!!!! There is no SERVICE

Worst experience ever!
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. When I tried to call them, all their telephone numbers were disconnected. I sent two emails 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten anything from them. I'm regretting why I even used their services (or lack thereof) to begin with. It's a waste of my time, money and energy!

ordered 2 toner on 22 jan 2019 uptill today 31 jan 2019 have not receive anything. they did not even get back to us unless you follow up for your item purchase. we not allowing to use our own courier also.
after follow up i came to know they managed to get 1 and ETA time depends when they receive. really very bad service and staff
i give -1 out from 10.
poor customer service

The experience with First Shop, has been top draw. From the moment you place an order, you are constantly updated as to the status of you order. Especially, if the product you order isn't in stock, you are given an update on the ETA of your order weekly and anytime upon your request for it.

The First Shop experience is Awesome, have no complaints, it can only get better.

I was a bit disappointed that it took longer than expected to have the items delivered. However, when I emailed via my phone, Vernon immediately responded and helped me by ensuring that the items were placed into shipping. I purchase some Logitech MX Anywhere 2S mice from FirstShop. This was the first time that I ordered anything from FirstShop and it will most definitely not the last. I found them during an internet search and they had the best offer in SA on the Logitech mice. Response and feedback is great (even though we were still in lock-down). The actual delivery was even faster than what they initially indicated. Very happy customer and I would definitely recommend using FirstShop for all your computer needs!

Ordering and paying was a very efficient and user friendly process. The only deviation on payment was the option of using Masterpass was listed but when coming to pay it was not available. Delivery was complete and accurate. I will definitely use FirstShop again.

Placed my order and was just informed there was a problem at the warehouse, but did not state what problem. I replied to the mail on what the problem was but did not get any respond. When I contacted Tia on why she did not respond she just say she lost the mail. Poor service to first time customer.

The price was great. Be aware that what you order may be on back order therefore there may be a delivery delay which I did not anticipate. Otherwise the correct product was delivered in excellent condition.

The service was good, goods were delivered as per order and within the time frame as communicated by the salesperson. I made an over payment and the excess was refunded without trouble.
