I found FirstFound when looking for a company to help with my wife's business back in 2012. She has been the first result on google (after ads) for all of her chosen search terms ever since. When I set up my company a few months ago, signing up with FirstFound was one of the first things I did, and a few weeks later, I'm first result for the terms I wanted too.

If you're on the fence, sign up now, they really do deliver what they promise and everyone I've had contact with has been incredibly friendly and helpful.

First Found have done a great job helping my art website get ranked higher and becoming a lot more visible on google. Besides delivering professional services the staff have been super excellent and attentive. I've really saved myself a lot of time and effort investing in Firstfound.

Wish I had not chosen this company for my small business. They approached me through my bark.com SEO enquiry. Their member Daljeet promised me results within 8-12 weeks. I have spent over thousand pounds and within 10 months of using this service I only saw 3-4 sales on my website. That too through my own contact. They ask you to use their social media and blogging service to see more results. I wouldn't recommend it to any small business unless you are wiling to waste your money and time. At the end they hand over you a huge invoice for God knows what if you are willing to end their services. A BIG NO!

First Found promises great things but fails to deliver.

I am a small business and had hopes a long term programme of SEo bringing in site visits and therefore sales.

Following a conversation with their sales team i felt very positive about working with them, three months down the line and despite repeated requests for evidence of work they claim to have done they have yet to provide me with anything but invoices and demands for payment, with threats of 'accruing interest on payments not made'.

The service was great from the beginning. As I ve had bad experience with my previous website developer, this guys are completely different level. I feel like I can trust them which is very important and they always promptly respond to my request. I m very satisfied and definitely highly recommend.

First Found have been doing my SEO for me and built me a new WordPress site which I'm so pleased with. Just making a few tweaks and it will be ready to go! Beckie called to do my WordPress training with me and she is fab. Highly recommend and I look forward to seeing rhe results!
