I had a great physical assistant Adriana B. She was very uplifting and friendly. She really genuinely did care about my recovery and has a great personality. I would recommend her to your clients.
Be very wary of working for this company, they are linked to the corporate hospitals that will slam a nurse with more patients than 1 person can possibly care for and then blame and belittle the nurse for system failures; also they absolutely do not tell the truth on anything, I have found them in untruths time and time again...best recommendation...stay away .....
I'm a Cna and i work for firstat in palm beach area , I've been doing this for over 7 years and i work for this company for a while i honestly don't have anything bad to say about this company on the contrary , all the staff are very professional unlike another company's around here , they're are really good in accommodate they patients . They also make sure we're highly skilled for the case , the whole staff in the office are really good and professional . Lynn , our scheduler , she's the very best scheduler i have ever work for , this company has been around forever and the owner of the company treat us as family . 5 stars
I worked for Firstat many years ago and after I moved, I stayed in contact with many of the people that worked there from the office and field staff. I returned last year and was welcomed back with open arms. All jobs are tough at times but this one is exceptional because of the caring people that work here. Some of my co-workers have been here for over 20 years so that says lots about the work environment here. I am proud to tell people I work here.

Firstat has been around for many years. It's the best kept secret. I'm proud to be a Care Transition Manager with Firstat. The atmosphere is warm ,friendly, and very welcoming. The level of professionalism that everyone possess here is like nothing I've ever experienced. Firstat operates like a well oiled machine. The care that the patients receive is second to non in the industry .
Aid did not show up today!
Moe did not call to leave a message as he stated. No call and or message left. If he made a call, it was to someother client as we have caller id and nothing was received.
The first aid took vacation and no replacement aid was offered. Two weeks, then became 3+. Moe first recorded on the file that the patient declined services, this was not the case. A temp aid was sent after my daughter had to contact Moe to resolve the issue.
Obviously the first aid did not want to loose the account.
Well, they have. We strongly suggest others know the difference between Registries and Agencies before they select one for care.
Having an aid simply sit and watch TV or play with cell phone is not what was needed.
