Many decent apartments complex with very decent people and amenities, 24 hours security.
Great place for kids, kids park, Gym are well maintained.

Good apartment, well maintained. It has all the facilities. They use MyGate for entry of visitors at their gate. This ensures good safety. The layout of the inside of the flats is also very good. However, the approach to the apartment is not very good. It is next to Marathahalli Bridge. Therefore, some time is always wasted because of the traffic congestion near the turning for the lane in which the apartment. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The community is very good and i liked the design as in most of the corridor or the flats the sunlight is more was in the way.

Good society but not worthy of such high maintenance charges. Prices are high because it is placed between two better societies Purva riviera and fountain square. Most of the flats don't have direct sunlight which is a problem in long run. Nice walking area. Much better flats are available in slightly more rent in nearby societies.

Nice society to stay....2-3bhk rent 32000 to 40000 as on 2018

It's a has been place. Was a great n top notch apartment when it was made. . It has aged now.. along with its 2 neighbourhood buildings.

This apartment have amenities like swimming pool, play area, atm etc. But mostly all apartments of this size have these facilities.
But some negative points are the common area is very limited considering the number of apartments here. Play area for kids or sports facilities are a little constrained always.Purva apartments which are on both sides of this apartment has better amenities and are bigger

Mini India is living in this apparent. People/ residence are friendly.good walking trac of almost 3 km available. Walk freely without vehicle movements. Very safe apartment because of good security network .

Beautiful apartments in the centre of Marthahalli. Facilities are good and greenery inside. Even though it is located in prime location, but no air or sound pollution inside property. Also there is no water problem in the property and water tankers are not required. Everything is good except carrier area of the houses. The living area is small competitively with other properties.

It is one of best gated community just below Marathalli bridge.

The people and the amenities are awesome too live and a brilliant place to create a wonderful network

Not a cubby hole or a run of the mill apartment.spaciously designed with lots of direct ligting and the best part is kids can play at level 0 as vehicular movement is restricted to -1 level.

Nice apartment to live in. Well maintained and lively.

Excellent place to stay as the location is prime (marathalli) and well connected to all other places. It has a good garden and plants being taken care of by the society in a good manner. A pool with water heater (thought mostly under repair) and an ICICI ATM I side the premise. A grocery store sun by satish and dedicated cloth laundry shops for every two wings. In addition to these I side amenities it also has few just outside the gate, a small mall to left side of building and few stores and restraurents by the name village to further left.

Nice place to live families and infrastructure is too good in inside like parking, kids play ground, clubhouse, ATM, swimming fool etc......

I dint like the lay out at all and the enterance of each flat gives feeling as if we r entering a lodge.
