Wow, First and Foremost I would like to thank Stacey Beene because she is awesome and she is the hardest working person in the Banking industry I know. She was my banker with a previous bank and when she moved to First Volunteer I followed and haven't regretted it. Second Thank you First Volunteer Broad St. Chattanooga for your hard work during these wild times with Covid-19. Without the hard work of Mrs. Beene and all of the other employees of First Volunteer I don't know where my business would be. The effort ya'll put forth with the PPP program was amazing. Stacey had sent me the info that I needed to have prepared before the program was even approved. Then when the Documents that were needed changed she was on it calling, Texting, and Emailing making sure I got it to her right away. With the hard work of this bank it insured that I was going to be able to keep my employees working and getting paid through this tough time. First Volunteer and Stacey Beene I would like to thank you. I would recommend anyone who wants a reliable and personable experience with a bank to use First Volunteer Bank.

I have used several banks in the community over the years of owning my business. My experience with First volunteer Bank and the customer service I receive from Stacy Beene at the downtown branch has always been excellent. Stacey is always ready to assist me whenever I have an issue or need advice. During the PPP loan situation First Volunteer was ready to help with the loan process and made it an easy and smooth process. Stacey has also helped my family with their banking needs and has been wonderful to help my elderly parents with any needs they had. Stacey is great at communicating with her customers and if she does not know the answer, she is more than happy to find the answer for me.

Stacey is always a phone call away and is also willing to come to the office if I am unable to make it to the branch.

If you are looking for old fashioned customer service, with the attitude of the customer comes first, you need to call Stacey Beene.

Been banking with First Volunteer for years. Always good to see longtime familiar faces in Ocoee and Benton branches. Pam, at the Ocoee branch, has been serving customers and investing time to get to know their families. She always remembers to ask about the newest happenings in their lives. Kelly, at the Benton branch has a true servants heart and isn t afraid to show her customers that she truly cares about every aspect of their lives. First Volunteer is lucky to have employees that do more than just go through the motions each day.
