Very good follow up and communication when ordering parts etc. Plenty in stock and can be arranged to be in stock if not in today. Not super easy to get in and out from hwy.
Walked in today and waited for service not a big deal, then the next guy walks in gets served before me, okay it happens. But when the third guy in line is waiting and the guy behind the counter says Okay your paying attention ill will wait on you, very unprofessional and rude, the other nice guy behind the counter helped me finally. This is part of the reason i go to Fergusons and its just a better all around experience.
Drivers beware turn down these first supply loads they have zero respect for drivers and no customer service what's so ever. It's companies like this that have a hard time finding drivers to deliver to them because their lack of respect.they will leave you in their dock doors for over 6 hours.
I have nothing but great things to say about Ben G. and his Transportation Team. They're all very hard-working, honest, and understanding individuals who get the job done. Keep up the great work!
So disappointed I have purchased lots of things over the counter and today I was told they dont sell over the counter anymore. Just pure baloney.
