First Step Therapy Review

This office is the best in Kissimmee area, the staff is always friendly and kids are always happy when parents brings them for their teraphy , I'm highly recommended this office.

They just had an employee test positive for Covid and didn t even have the decency to call me or let me know! My child was in contact with the therapist 2 days before she tested positive. There should be some sort of protocol and precaution with the rest of the employees now.

I am still waiting for a call from them to see what will happen with my child s Therapy sessions moving forward.

We can t control Covid but communication, honesty and trust should be key when dealing with children!!!!

Staff is very nice and friendly I will give one star for that.
