They had new tellers and no managers readily available to assist. People were waiting in lines. I had asked to have money made available immediately was told it would be and yet it wasn't... smh

Me and my husband just left the drive thru and first of all it took them forever to cash a 25 dollar check. It was another truck beside us and I could hear the 2 female employees talking, laughing, and flirting with the men. They finally sent the money back to us and didn't say "have a good day" or anything just was still laughing and flirting with the guys. Smh. Do better.
I have always had an excellent banking experience every single time I have visited the Gray Street location. I am always greeted by name by the tellers. How amazing is that! I am always treated with respect and consideration at all times and the staff is always incredibly helpful, and if I had a banking problem it has alwys been properly taken care of. My only regret is I cannot give this location 10 stars for they certainly deserve them.
Very Very poor customer service. Have banked with First National since the 70"s and have pretty much enjoyed them as my bank. Today, my wife and I go to take care of banking transactions. We are wearing face masks and maintaining our distance . There are roughly 12 other people in the bank so we wait roughly 35 - 40 minutes to get almost to the front of the line. My wife has to go to the bathroom. She goes looking for a bathroom and is told that there are none available. I ask the Manager(the one always walking around in a suit) and get the same response. Now you would think even with this virus-19 in place that you would have a bathroom available for your senior customers (upon request) who have been standing in line for awhile. I can understand the need for sanitizing after a customer uses said restroom to help prevent the spreading of possible virus germs. I saw a person cleaning windows in the front of the bank and a person moping a small area of the floor by the back stairwell. So it is not like there were not personnel available to sanitize and help keep customers safe. But it is piss poor customer service to have your customers step out of line, leave the building to find a restroom.

This bank just literally stole 195 from me..
Told me that spectrum had a hold on my account
But I have paperwork showing that it was paid .
When I put the 195 in my bank to place that money supposedly spectrum was trying to get my account is positive.
So be prepared this bank will take your money

I don't know why this bank has such low rating ,I had a amazing experience here at the Killeen branch. The tellers are super friendly, laid back, and honest. If you're looking for a bank that's not up tight and friendly this is the best choice. Shout out to Emily for being a super nice and helpful Bank teller

Terrible bank all together. Banked with them for a year, used my account to simply take money for child support and pay utilities. They unexpectedly closed my account and will not give any reason what so ever but that legally they can. I used this bank because of location. On top of that the woman at the front were very rude and took there time when I clearly had my sick 4 year old with me. A man had one roll of quarters and the woman really made him use the machine when there was no line! Ridiculous and lazy. Bank else where please!
