0 Stars is more appropriate for this bank. I needed a cashiers check deposited and they told me 7 days to clear which is total BS. This branch does not care for FNB customers. I ve been banking with FNB for 20 + years. The manager at 600 Castle Shannon is more suited to work in a non-customer facing job. Greentree branch told me they could clear it in one day (and did). FNB corporate better get is s##t together and teach managers & tellers what customer service is or they won t have any customers left. My thanks to the Greentree branch for completing a simple transaction.
This is the worst bank. My business not only banks there but issues paychecks from there. They refuse to cash their own payroll checks. The teller & I quote told me "your boss is a liar" when I told her I was told by my boss I could cash there. The next day a manager went to get change & the teller decided to manufacture a story about me. What happens to customer service? How does a bank not cash their own check? Most banks charge a small fee if you don't bank there but cash it & send you on your way. I guess that's why there's not too many of them around. Rude people.
