The process was as smooth as one could hope. We had hurdles, but the mortgage team stayed on top of it through the end to ensure a timely and smooth closing. They took a lot of the stress off of us in order to keep it a positive experience in a time where nothing but chaos seems to exist. Do not hesitate to give them a chance to handle your loan.
Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. We did close on our loan a couple weeks ago but not without frustration. They never reached out unless we contacted them first. We went days waiting for an update to find out the needed something from us and never told us about it. We are still waiting for our cash out check and communication is pretty much non-existent.
Steven Starr and Lihn were amazing. They completed my TX refined so quickly with no issues. I m in the mortgage business so I know TX can be tough but you both made the process so smooth. Thanks again!!
They are the worse mortgage company I have ever dealt with. This is my 4th mortgage I have done in my past life and it's been the worse experience. I choose them because my existing mortgage company told me to call them back in March. Whitney Parks made himself sound like he was an honest guy and would blame every thing on the underwriter and then Jessica Camacho which is another person very unprofessional talking to her. They both told me everything was good to go and my loan was approved to just go ahead and pay my appraisal fee of $875. After waiting for 5 month going back and forth with papers that were supposedly needed. Now I received a letter that my loan was denied. Nether one of them called me and when I try reaching out to them they don't answer their phone. For everyone out there please don't get fooled like I did with this people and this mortgage company. They are the worse!!
