I'd give this zero stars if I could. Horribly frustrating customer service and completely impossible to get decent pricing information. They also flat out lied to me about coverage, telling me if I went to a specific hospital the test would be covered. Doctor submitted it and they denied coverage.
Horrible company. Cant seem to get their prescription program together enough to keep their clients from going into MEDICAL EMERGENCY after denying INSULIN
Terrible insurance company. Do not use if at all possible. I received an in-network dr bill for 514 dollars. They paid 14 dollars and applied the other 500 to my deductible. I would give ZERO STARS
First Choice Health! If I could shout it from the rooftops, fly a banner overhead it would be to tell all what a fantastic EAP Program this organization offers. At a time when so many need those extra layers of help and encouragement, I know first hand that our membership has come to rely on this great place and it's staff. We have used First Choice Health's EAP benefit for many years. Their team has always been thoughtful, helpful, and very responsive to our business and employee needs.
First Choice Health has been our partner in supporting the mental well being of our Ivar's employees for 15+ years. Our EAP thru FCH has always been there when an employee or family member is experiencing a crisis and also for just the day to day challenges of balancing work and home life.
We especially appreciate the amazing resource that the professional counselors and especially our account manager, Craig, have been for myself as the Human Resources Director and our Management Team when crisis incidents have occurred at one of our work sites. FCH has provided on-site counseling support and guidance for our employees and managers after natural disasters, robberies, and the traumatic loss of a co-worker due to suicide or illness.
All of this is provided on a very affordable basis that allows us to offer this benefit at no cost to our employees from their date of hire and throughout their tenure at Ivar's. I cannot imagine not having Craig and his FCH team as a partner and resource for our employees and highly recommend them to your Company.

Undoubtedly the worst insurance company, or any kind of company, I've ever dealt with. I had them on speaker phone with the doctor's office on the other phone and caught them in an out and out lie, trying to blame the doctors office for their own incompetence.
