This company is great on the first day when you need equipment and you are in hospital, but that's where it ends. The staff are generally nice, but that doesn't make up for the sheer incompetence you will have to put up with working with this company. Their phone system is a joke and you will spend alot of time being transferred and on hold. Their billing department should be fired, all of them and replaced with people who know what they are doing. I have been battling a billing issue with this company for 9 months. I made the payments, i have the canceled checks which were deposited/cashed by First Choice. but they applied it to the wrong account and are incapable of corecting this. I have sent them copies of the checks 5 times, had 10-11 calls with them and still, no resolution. This is not a failure of the people on the phone or their techs/ delivery people, this is a result of incompetent leadership at this company and an epic failure of process and training.
It is beyond frustrating and at this point , I really don't have the patients to deal with them anymore.
My only course of action right now is to go to the hospital and speak with them about how bad this company is to work with and they should reconsider their alliance with First Choice Medical or whatever name they are using this week.
I would appeal to everone writig these reviews, call your hospital and complain to them.
