The class was for 2 weeks. And it's FREE! I enjoyed taking the class. I learned a lot of new things while there. And the instructor was really vocal. I really recommend this class to anyone.

My experience at training was exciting. I enjoyed the visual and hands-on-training. The teacher was very understanding and knowledgeable. I have learned a lot about home care that can be utilized on my new job and personal life.

The people I have dealt with are so unqualified to work there .it has been months for them to even start a case with my father.i filled out the aplication .than a month later asking me when didi i filled it out cause they cant find it .than they come that they need all these other documents. 1 month later. When that shoud have been said since the beginning when u go there the women there are busy talking about therr personal life handle your job first. The second time i go i have to fill snother application and now need another document. They need better training they should make a sheet with all thats required..when u call to complain no one is ever in there ofice to help. I will make a complaint to correct facility cause if u call .very poor service.

I would love to work with them and start they class spoke to a lady there she told told me I couldn t be late for class even tho I have child care issues not having nobody to take my girls to school in morning while I make it to class on time. I just pray god fix it where I can get someone to help me so I can better myself it s been really hard finding work

The best home care agency in New York you can trust for the care of your elderly at home. I highly recommend them. All the Aides are highly trained and supervised and office staff is very helpful.

I had fun and learn what was needed to be done I met some cool fun people. The teacher was cool she may be on you but it's worth it

I liked the program it helped me learn a lot about different illnesses and other things I will need to know in the near future...I would recommend others to come here..i really enjoyed the class

Worst and rudest people I have dealt with as far as taking care of issues for my mother . They replaced the aid that was with my mother for years without any prior notice they would not return my calls and on several occasions no one showed up. I had to contact my mothers case worker from guildnet to help me resolve the issue the coordinator for my mothers case at first care was very rude on the phone and she lied to the guildnet case manager making it appear as if they had to cater to me I prepare my own meals after they have left I work and do not return til they are gone and my diet is not the same as my mothers. They are very irresponsible and the coordinator in charge of my mothers case is very rude and disorganized she can't even figure out what dates she assigns to the aides. Again I am having trouble with this agency the coordinator Jada Ramirez has given me nothing but problems she refuses to bring back the aide that has been here for years and is trying to put her on another case.Last week they did not send an aide till 3 pm and Jada since the morning that someone was on there way I was late to work waiting on some one to arrive.

The PCA training was excellent. The instructor was so amazing. I will surly recommend this agency to everyone..
