Fireline handles the fire alarms and sprinklers for my company. The technicians are professional, introduce themselves, have ID displayed, answer my questions. I appreciate the respect they give me and my co-workers.
Daniel W was an absolute delight to work with. He was amazing and made sure the entire install went smoothly. He is for sure my go to. My company hired Fireline to install Dry Chem systems and they are perfect. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. We will defiantly be working with them on future projects. I work at Simply Self Storage In Park Heights I am the store manager there and the fire alarm technician Angelo Santos was absolutely awesome! He literally stayed a extra 3-4 hours to make sure our system worked! Great customer service!
Fireline has serviced two companies I worked for in the last 30 years. All interactions have been excellent. The response time is above average, you can always get a live person to assist, customer service is great. The technicians are friendly and very familiar with the products/equipment they service. I have no reason to give less than five stars at this time.
If I can give them a negative number, I will. The service is good but never schedule training classes with them. They don't show up and not even call you to cancel or let you know whats going on. Extremely disappointing.
Nothing but trash service. The management is poor. Have a very nasty attitude and not helpful at all. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.
I took my 10 pound ABC fire extinguisher in they serviced it while I waited give me a new one. The Fireline Serviceman answered my questionsAnd went over what to expect from the Extinguishers and explained yearly service of the extinguishers for keeping fully functional
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . They were able to provide an impromptu training, free of charge. Apparently I needed it. My previous training in fire extinguishers never made sense. Now it all does.
Scheduled week ahead paid for worker to be there on time then with out any notice if I don't follow up with them i wouodnt know their technician is sick and they have No one to cover for them. Lost out business for good.
This company is really professional always ready to assist you in any need with your fire equipment, they are very knowledgeable. So far one of the best companies we had worked with.
