From the moment we pulled up, Staci Lopez was the most accomodating, comforting, and consistently encouraging person we could ask for. She has a way of keeping you going when you don t want to, kept us posted on the progress of our case, and never lead us on about anything. She went out of her way to keep my husband aware of the progress as well, which for her meant double phone calls, which she didn t have to do. When she called us with my settlement amount, she even double-broke the news on a three way call so we could both hear how relieved and happy he was!! She has a warmth and positivity to her that kept us pushing through for the best result for us, because that s what she actually wanted to see: THE BEST FOR US. I could never speak highly enough of the team at Farah and Farah for the results they got for me and my husband.
