Unmet expectations. The service did not align with the promises made initially, leading to a lackluster experience overall. Communication was often vague and slow, which added to the frustration. I expected more proactive engagement and clearer strategies that would demonstrate a genuine understanding of my business needs. Unfortunately, the results I aimed for were not achieved. Would not recommend.
