Firefly salon

Todd was disinterested and supercilious from the moment I sat down. I explained what I wanted and didn’t not want and showed him photographs. He did exactly what I didn’t want. Actually worse! He gave me a hack job!

I recently visited a local salon and spa for some pampering. The overall experience was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and the services offered were decent. The prices were reasonable as well. However, I didn't feel like the service was exceptional or memorable. It was just an average experience.

The staff at Firefly Salon is incredibly talented. I went in for a haircut and came out with a whole new look. The stylists listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning for future visits.
