Very helpful staff. Needed a hamster for a class pet. They helped me find everything I needed and gave me a very sweet hamster.

I went in because I had rescued a fish and he wasn t doing so good. I showed TJ A photo and video of the fish and he told me the best course of action. Overall a pleasant experience, would absolutely recommend! All of the animals in the store looks good and well taken care of too

Love this place!!! Years ago, when Helen owned it, we brought our golden, Abbott, here to be groomed. Never ever disappointed. Now I bring my dog, Finnegan, here to be groomed. The now owner, TJ, and staff are awesome. They always now the answer to all of your questions. Highly recommend

I couldn't love this place more than I do! They take care of my dog for grooming as if she were theirs. Their prices are competitive on everything, including grooming and even the notoriously pricier foods. They always do their best to work with my schedule, even when I call last minute, and are always genuinely happy to see my dog, who is happy, fresh & beautiful, and tired by the time she leaves. We drive 30 minutes to go to Fins & Feathers and we'd drive further than that. Spending the time walking around Red Bank while she's getting groomed is a nice perk & I recommend F&F to everyone I know!

Awesome place, love TJ and Brian they know their stuff when it comes to fish. Bought most of the cichlids I have from there and they are all doing great. I would recommend anyone to go there for just about everything.

I at least go here every 2 week to feed my snakes. Really nice place.

I love this place. Everyone is always so helpful especially the owner TJ. They have given me great food advice with my pup who is a picky eater and also has allergies and their prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

Fins and feathers, there is really no other pet store out there like you. Happy, friendly, knowledgeable and always delivering! After shopping at this pet store for years I feel more like family then a customer! I never knew how spoiled I was being able to shop at this pet store until I had moved out of state. Now I find it difficult to purchase my pooch's favorite treats and food additives, there are no pet stores around that can hold a candle to this wonderful establishment. If you are buying your pet supplies or having your dog's groomed anywhere else I'm telling you, you're missing out. Give TJ and his staff a chance and you'll be kicking yourself in the butt you haven't shopped there sooner.

We absolutely love this place the staff is very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful. My nephew bought a hog nosed snake.

I take my Lucy cat there for her nail clipping. They ate always ge the with her.

Great little pet store. The workers there are very knowledgeable and love animals. It's amazing house much stuff they have in the little shop. It was my first time there and I will definitely be back instead of going to the big pet stores.

Place was clean, stocked very well. The owner and his staff were very nice . I planning on shopping here again.

Nice looking animals but as far as rats go they are not healthy my sister got one from there and it died with in a week of getting it please don't any one get the rats from this location unless there purpose is for snake food

I brought my dogs in to have their nails clipped. This is a dreaded event by all three of us. One of my dogs does not let anyone take her away from me on a leash. She walked away with no problem. The second dog was EXTREMELY difficult. Helen and her associate were so patient and caring. All of the staff is at Fins and Feathers are so helpful! I will be back again.

I bought my dog here when they used to sell dogs, 19 years ago, from Helen and she just died this past year. I bring my other dog, Cloe, here to get groomed and T.J. is the BEST!! I take her here every few months and she always comes back looking so cute. Besides being one of the best proprietors in Red Bank, he is also the nicest!!

THEY SHAVED MY DOG S COAT WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!

1 star is me being generous because I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I have a 2-year old Alaskan Klee Kai and my mother took him in just for a small trim. She went to go pick him up and HE WAS COMPLETELY SHAVEN! Note that his hair was not matted or anything. What kind of groomer would purposefully shave a double coated dog in the middle of winter?! These people seriously need to have their liscenes checked or something because that is completely unacceptable. Hopefully his fur grows back soon but I can guarentee you we will NEVER be back to this groomer ever again. Would sue if we could but the damage has been done....

My fish home. Always a pleasure. If they don't have the fish in stock, they order it specially for you. Knowledgeable, ethical.

This place is absolutely amazing. Number one- it's clean! Like so clean. there are so many times you go to pet stores and the water is dirty or the cages are clean or where the rabbits are disgusting or there's a smell etc... Not this place. When you walk in you can just see that there is a lot of effort and time put into maintaining a healthy and clean environment for these animals. TJ, the owner, and his staff have been nothing short of fantastic in regards to knowledge, patience, understanding, and just overall working with you to make sure you have the best experience and get the pet that's perfect for you. I really can't say enough about this place I have been to plenty of bird stores, pet stores (I'm an animal lover like obsessed from adoptions to pet stores). In regards to adoption I nearly always adopt (almost every pet I've had including all my family pets growing up and currently). But when I go here You just know that it's not someone who's just pumping out animals to sell and make profit You can tell that these animals come from a good reputable place and need a home. but it's nice knowing that while there are at the store they have a good life they are well taken care of. Sorry for the long review but I'm just really really impressed with this place do yourself a favor if you're looking for an exotic pet, or even just a fish this is the place to go.

We bought our green cheek conure here and TJ as well as all the rest of the staff were so friendly and informative. The bird is healthy, well behaved, and hilarious! This is a business I only discovered through google and now that I ve been there and I ve seen what genuinely great people work there - I want everyone to shop there! A small business that gives you exactly what you re looking for, and you feel great supporting them!

Great place to get a pet or pet food, the staff is helpful and friendly. They also have a few pets up for adoption which I think is a great thing.

I took my puppy here for grooming. She's 6 months old and this was her 2nd haircut (1st time was done somewhere else and was a disaster) everyone here is friendly welcoming and helpful. You can tell they truly love animals and love their job. Brianne cut my pups hair. She did an AMAZING job. My girl came out looking like a new woman. I am more than pleased. And needless to say we've found our forever groomer. Thank you everyone at fins and feathers!

Always greeted with a smile and tons of love for my dog! They get to know all regulars and really take care of you and your furry and feathered babies! Best place to go for any animal need, everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly they make all pet lovers experiences great! If you haven't been there go! It is worth the trip :)

I'll start this review by saying that we love TJ. As others have also stated in their reviews, TJ is a big part of the reason we visit the store quite frequently. Of course, Fins & Feathers carries excellent products and the staff is terrific as well but TJ knows his stuff! Our Winston & Gertie love when we go there, mentioning the name of the store gets a head tilt for sure! Complete, full on recommendation!

Ok so this place has everything for pets. For any type of pet. They also have different few selections of animals to buy from that store. My only downfall of this store is that the products are way to expensive.

This is a great pet store here in the heart of Red Bank. The care and professionalism of its staff and manager is top notch. They really care about their critters and those of their customers. We take our Jersey Wooly there to get his nails cut and to get some of his supplies. I highly recommend this shop, they can offer services that Amazon cannot.

My daughter took our bird to get wings clipped and nails filed. She returned home... let him out of his carrier and he flew all over the house and his nails still sharp. Wth?!!! Never again.

Good prices compared to other pet stores. I always get my rabbits bedding and food from here. And i actually got my rabbit from there too! He's adorable!!
