Finch Paper Review

For 13:00 appointment they told me to come 17:00 but got there 17:15 got a door wright away but when I got to shipping office those three guys are talking about movie and they ignored me as if I was not exist and once they finish talking they took my info and been told my product is on the floor and ready to go but sadly they start to load me 1800 continuesly till 18:45 then stopped till 19:30 then continued till 19:45 got green light didn't got call till 19;00

Their 110 lb Cover stock (13x19, "Bright White", "Ultra Smooth") used to be good quality. But our latest shipment is riddled with so many orange spots, it's become unfeasible for commercial projects. I just spent all night printing and reprinting projects. I'm extremely disappointed with this brand now.

this place stinks, what is it doing to our lungs and air???

They work pretty slow, they took a truck which came after me! I wast 5 and half hours to be loaded... Brokers lied that delivery fcfs it was 12.30 pm appointment. I lost two days for short run load 300 miles...

Don't come here 6 hours for loading time! The road inside is for train not for trucks. From the gate they force you to drive with eyes glass protection .. the don't know those are not for driving .

The shipping crews are nice and very helpful. Great group of men and women.

Got to location early and was able to back into dock which was to the right of facility. Very quick unload. Overall good experience.

sat waiting for my load was told they would call me when it was done still waiting 12 hours later have not received a phone call yet and it was supposed to be a pre-loaded trailer

I wish there were minus stars...1pm appt. 9:53 right now and still not done...shot my clock..and messed up drive time...horrible terrible...second time went to check, guy basically told me dont come back in here..."we have your number"....complete total disregard for anything having to do with a drivers schedule....while they load truck after truck

I ve been here picking up twice, and both times I came a day before my appointment and I m less than an hour I was loaded. I ve got a very good experience at this place.

The lady work security gate she don t know how to respect people. When I see how she talking to me and 2 truck driver. almost I want cancel the load ,
But the team working werehouse not bad they give you door And loading you

White guy on night security was very cool and easy too understand. I loaded across the street which was a easy in and out. Appeared too be limited over night parking in lot across from this plant.

booked load with this brokerage department and they not paying, stay away from them

Everything is good. Employees friendly and they explain all step by step. The only thing uncomfortable is to parking on the shipping area but is not to bad.

1,5h pickup fcfs. friendly and professional people.

It's the place I have worked at for 35 1/2 yrs. so far! We make high-quality coated paper! The paper mill has been there over 150 yrs.! A good place to work at!

13 hours to load. Drivers avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention they refuse to pay detention time and the place is extremely tight and the air is polluted by the paper mill. Horrible.

Live loading took about an hour, which was fairly quick, staff was friendly, the facility not so trucking friendly due to tight turns and hills. Especially when you are loaded, you will have to turn your loaded trailer on a dime to exit the same narrow steep drive way you came in.
Left 10% of my tire tread on there. Give 3 stars for that.

Wow very fast but really immediately at the dock. Already I hear the lift working. Incredible 30 it's done. Total time backwards, customs paper, loading, door, seal etc 62 minutes thank you thank you thank you

You go there one time and after you're okay to go back.
You have to back up downhill.

Not a friendly trucker place. Disrespectful check in personnel and very disrespectful. Will not do business here.

6 hrs to get loaded. My weekend is screwed up!
