We purchased some very expensive brass bathroom hardware and after a few years (we were very careful not to use any abrasive cleaners ) the finish is coming off. The company has told the retailer that this is not a manufacturing problem. I would definitely not recommend this company ; especially at such high prices . The product fails and FIMA does not stand behind it.
I needed a replacement part here in Culver CIty, California, USA. Romina Poletto , in customer service, helped me identify the part and how to get it here in the USA. She was very easy to work with, friendly and efficient.
I got to visit Fima for work and I was positively impressed!
The production takes place entirely within the company, I was able to notice high quality standards and product control.
I was amazed when I was able to observe how, for example, the tap satin finishing process takes place ... all manually !! Last but not least the attention to the environment of the company, completely green.
I propose their products with great conviction because I was able to see on the field how much they are worth! Congratulations!
Update after weeks:
According to the Google rating, a representative from Fima Carlo Frattini actually contacted us. For any inconvenience caused, we received a spare part very promptly, which we fortunately were able to install today before replacing the entire battery including the tiles. Now we have a functional shower again. Thanks a lot for this.

I also bought an official dealer, after a few months the chrome is completely ruined, it has scratches everywhere and is opaque.
The retailer blames the limestone water but in reality I have never had similar damage with other faucets that I have also had for decades.
I strongly advise against considering the rather high figure.

The chrome comes off after a year or so, although the fittings have been cleaned correctly and in accordance with the care instructions. Absolutely not recommendable!

Mattia is a person without the technical knowledge in the sector as well as being rude. However the product is poor and after 3 years it has to be changed, the chrome plating disappears, bad quality.
We have been working with the Frattini company in our bathroom construction since last year. The orders went very well. I have a nice contact person in Italy and the products are high quality and good. Thanks for that. I look forward to good cooperation.
