Consolidated has since reached out to me and discussed the issues that led to the situation I previously described, so I am changing my rating.

Consolidated Construction recently completed a remodel at my mother's house after the finished basement flooded over the summer. They laid floors, repainted, built a custom bar top from wood, and replaced countertops and sink fixtures in the bathroom. We are pleased with their work and wouldn't hesitated to use them in the future. Issac, George, and Kelly were all professional and did great work.

Issac Peters was the person I had most contact with and he was wonderful. I was upset over all that had happened to my home and he was very kind and reassuring to me. I could not have asked for a better experience and my home looks better than ever. The gentleman that installed the floors, Kelly, was prompt and did a great job on the hardwood floors . I would highly recommend Issac to anyone who needs some help with your home !

I cannot say enough about this company. We had water damage from a shower leak. Not only were they prompt, competitive, and professional, their work far exceeded our expectations. You cannot tell there was ever any damage. Side note: Isaac was amazing! I would like to note this is my first ever review to illustrate how pleased we were. Thank you!

Consolidated sent out very caring individuals which included Jason, Lance and the team that packed our personal property that was headed by Francisco and his two workers. They were cautious in packing, asked me what to keep and helped me go through everything carefully and with great patience in clearing and removing contents of a two story house. They worked so steady all day, up and down steps, lifting, carrying and were very patient in dealing with me, an older lady, who had to stop and open many boxes of treasures and things I did not know were there and waited for me to decide what to do with them. They were so pleasant in their conversations and were a great blessing to work with. I would definitely recommend Consolidated to clean, work, restore whatever needs to be done because they care about the family that lived in the house. Thank you for what you have done.

This will be the second time I have used Consolidated Construction Services and will always be my go-to company. Issac Peters was great to work with and very knowledgeable and professional was a phone call away and always answered. Made everything that was being done easy to understand. I recommend him and will always ask for him when and if I have to use them again. He let me know everything upfront and the crew he assigned to work at my house were great as well. Once again, I am very pleased with the outcome.

We highly recommended Consolidated Construction for mitigation and repairs following water damage! They were very conscientious and thorough. When we had specific ideas for the restoration, they took the time to research how best to achieve those and then followed through even though it took extra time and work.
We are very pleased with the results and will certainly call them again if we ever have need.

Great group of folks to work with. Very stressed with all the damage to my home due to a water leak and they have made this construction cleanup process easy. I have a lot of questions and they have taken the time to answer each and every one of them. Best company to work with and they take the stress out of repairs. They have even went through the estimate and whole process with me with ease. I would highly recommend them Jeff, Ryan and Tom are the best folks to work with.

We had structural damage caused by a vehicle to one of our buildings. Consolidated did an amazing job. You would never know it happened!
