As a very new member of the Film/Comm family I could not be happier. I am thrilled with the number of auditions coming my way. As an older actor I am on a steep learning curve re navigating all the tech required to work as a performer in this COVID world. Melissa is so patient, helpful and supportive and that is SO appreciated. She is so accessible which is so helpful. Thank you. I have been with Film/Comm Talent for 2 months now and it has been an amazing step for my acting career. With acting training and no professional experience I took a chance and auditioned for Melissa. Once signed you are expected to go on auditions and continue to take classes to improve your craft. This is your business and you get out what you put in. It truly takes a full time commitment. I get multiple auditions/week sometimes multiple in a day, and I have already been cast in 2 TV shows. There are a lot of ups and downs in this industry, sometimes periods of silence. That just means Melissa and Amanda are behind the scenes working hard for you and getting the job done! They are pro!
Our twins have been with FilmComm since May 2019. They started immediately going out for auditions, even booking one. This is a really self-directed industry. You ll get out of it what you put in. Having Melissa on our side makes it so much less intimidating because of her knowledge and willingness to help....she is always available to answer any question. Had a bad experience with this agency, my son was a client of hers and I found her to be very rude and unprofessional. If you are looking for more print ad type of work this is not for you. The primary focus is acting.

I find FilmComm; Melissa and team to be be extremely professional, experienced and having the patience to help guide when we have questions. We have had experience with other agencies and find by far FilmComm knows their business and always treats myself and most importantly my kids with respect.
