I have not seen such architectural scarcity anywhere in the country. The building from outside looks as if it was under renovation. Wrapped with foil. How could you build such a thing ??? next to a beautiful, historic police building that stands next to and frontages of pre-war tenement houses that are on both sides of the streets nearby. Such a building should be built in a different place. Here should be recreated (at least from the outside) a characteristic historic building which once stood here. Unfortunately, this new city has been disfigured by the city, which still loses its charm due to many bad architectural decisions. I know that this building is functional and has good acoustics. But it looks massacred. And the vast majority see this archiszope passing by and does not enter the middle. I have the impression that people who like this something from the outside can not feel the climate of Szczecin's history. They have an ambivalent attitude towards him. It does not bother them that such a building bites with the historic surroundings and history. It may be that there are no traditions there. Zero attachment to the past. It's better to destroy, destroy something with the past than rebuild it. Well, all the inhabitants came here only after the Second World War. Maybe it's from here .....? And I will not be convinced by any theorem, especially of the Philharmonic employees themselves, that their object is great or hyper. And what should they say? I appreciate what I see. The building was awarded only that the building itself was assessed. And not his suitability to the environment. Nobody assessed the area as it was "profaned" by this lump. This building does not fit this place. This is the main complaint. And I'm not alone in criticism. If this gargamela was built in a different place, maybe it did not compromise the city. Right now, in our country, buildings are demolished which 20-30-40 years ago received the titles of the Construction Mysteries or Buildings of the Year. These were then praised. They were also made up. I hope that once aesthetics and common sense will reach Szczecin and the same fate will come to scarcity.

Wonderful place. Big musical experience for music lovers of all ages. A wonderful performance by J. Szczepaniak on Wednesday and on Friday. Jazz Band Philharmonic super band. Bravo

A beautiful building and architectural pearl on a European scale, and perhaps worldwide. It is true. However, I have the impression that the building does not fit into this place. If I had something to say, I would put the current philharmonic hall next to NETTO ARENA, and at this point I would rebuild an old concert house.
Excellent acoustics and modern design make every concert listen in a comfortable environment.

Everything is great. Underground parking, however, completely ill-conceived. When any car enters, the other can not leave. This causes a blockage when leaving the car park. In addition, there is no convenient entry to the parking lot from inside the building. It's faster and easier to park in the area.

A unique place. In my opinion, it is one of the most original buildings in Poland. It is beautifully integrated into the space, perfectly thought out. It is not often possible to meet such architecture in our country. And as for what is happening inside - a very efficient institution

The Philharmonic in Szczecin is one of the most innovative buildings next to the museum of dialogue breakthroughs which is located opposite. "The architectural design by Estudio Barozzi Veiga, the Spanish-Italian architectural duo Fabrizio Barozzi and Alberto Veiga, is impressive. The floor was brought from Majorca. The walls of the main concert hall are covered with imitation gold. There are over a thousand seats in the concert halls for listeners. foyer. In total, the building took up almost 13,000 square meters. "

The architecture is interesting at first glance, but after getting to know the interior, the charm drops to zero. A huge uneconomical hall, stairs, elevators are all strange as if without a thought about a man with limited mobility. And the stairs in the room are steep, badly marked, I saw myself as a young woman collapsed down from the uprising, and the moaning of the audience, thankfully nothing happened, I was also afraid to go down without a handrail. (Rubik's concert)

The Philharmonic is a place that cannot be missed in Szczecin. Symbol of the city. Original architecture makes a great impression both inside and outside. In addition, the number of events, concerts, exhibitions and workshops very rich. Everything at the highest level. In the middle of a climatic cafe. A fantastic place.

Great place and wonderful concert. Unfortunately there is a logistical drawback. The parking can only be reached with the elevator and after the concert there is like 5-10 minutes waiting before you get to your car. Why can't you open the doors that lead to stairs to the underground parking? They are right next to the main entrance, I totally don't get it.

The Philharmonic is the next place of high culture necessary for normal development. Gustaw Mahler's music concert was the reason for the visit. Beautiful object, designed and built with the idea and thought. You have to go there. Listen to music that alleviates morals heals the soul and heart. Watch the outside and inside carefully to taste the architecture and atmosphere of the object.

In 2007, a competition for the design of a new institution building was announced. From among 44 proposals, a work by Estudio Barozzi Veiga (Fabricio Barozzi, Alberto Veiga) was selected. In April 2011, the construction of the new Philharmonic building began. The general contractor for the Philharmonic building, reminiscent of the top of the iceberg], was Warbud, Osram was responsible for the facade lighting system, while Higini Arau from Arau Acustica was responsible for the acoustics of the concert halls. The work was completed in spring 2014.
