Filharmonia im. Mieczysławała Karłowicza w Szczecinie Review

I immediately point out that I am evaluating the building itself, unfortunately I was not at any concert at the Szczecin Philharmonic. The building is very interesting, it makes an impression, but contrary to popular opinion, I will say that unfortunately it does not fit into the surroundings. I know that it was supposed to be a contrast, but the philharmonic looks like from a different fairy tale, there are no points of contact with the surrounding area. The more so because the pavements next to it are broken again, dirty and neglected facades :-(

Beautiful inside and outside, great acoustics, world-famous artists, beautiful and varied concerts. Every music lover, regardless of his preferences, will find something for himself. Concerts and educational activities for children, adolescents and adults. I often go there as a guest and volunteer.

Very good sound, great atmosphere, I recommend ... Near the tram stop: 1, 16.7. Plac rodla - Galaxi 5 minute walk.

Anyway, it's one of the most beautiful contemporary buildings in Poland. I highly recommend you go at least for a moment and see this delightful, minimalist hall.

Architecturally, it is definitely a gem, but whether the location is accurate, in my opinion not quite.

A beautiful object. Stands out with its architecture. It is recognizable not only in Szczecin. Also beautiful interior with a cafe but also a concert hall. Has parking. Concerts played here give an amazing experience.

Every music lover will certainly find something for himself in the rich repertoire, and the acoustics there is First Class at the world level.

The shape of the building is associated with the sculpted buildings of a medieval port rather than a large object such as the packaging of a concert hall - the building is impressive especially at night, illuminating from behind the trees. The square in front of the port, undulating like the sea, carries viewers to the music harbor, breaking the tradition of the square as a flat surface.

I like the hall the most, although it's a shame there is so little seating, apart from the cafe, of course.

A beautiful building. Architecture impresses both outside and inside. Lots of amenities, no queues in toilets or cloakrooms. An interesting offer when it comes to drinks and snacks is where to go for a break. A rich repertoire, comfortable seating, good acoustics and great service, thanks to which I was able to get tickets for a sold out concert at the last minute :)

A good seat reservation, a must for every tourist and a photo on the background of the stairs is an absolute must have self-respecting instagramera!

Super acoustics, great orchestra play. Classes for children also very well and interestingly organized. I would recommend.

A beautiful place, beautiful sounds. The only drawback is a huge queue to the locker room. Badly solved, only two, three windows, which causes a gigantic clogging of the main hall.

Fantastic building, I visited during the 5th anniversary of the object.

I didn't see any performances here, but I did a tour. The tour allowed you to see several areas of the building. You don't have to listen to the guide or stay very close to them. I couldn't understand the tour guide, because I don't speak Polish, but my friend translated for me.

You can walk around and see other things. They have art on the top level of the atrium. The art varies across many subjects and styles. I found one piece of art that was based on my flying/job, so it was cool seeing something that related.

A place worth visiting, everyone should go inside to see even the interior, which makes a very positive impression.

Buying tickets is almost impossible. Narrow seats are narrow for people under 170cm. Unpleasant ladies' lingerie. Late arrivals are allowed in concerts. Only a good orchestra, although the selection of songs requires a music lover. Generally disappointment

Lovely place. When I came here once in a sweatshirt and wipers, I felt like a peasant, because everyone was dressed in suits and their hair was well combed. At least some culture has been learned.

The unique atmosphere of the philharmonic, great sound system, and the interiors are impressive. When it comes to the appearance of the outside it is a world championship. A super white block that towers over the city, large soaring E, looking like I believe Spiers. We loved the large selection of performances. We recommend it as a must-see point in Szczecin, you can't go next to it indifferently. 10/10

When buying tickets through online reservations, it is worth checking during the week whether there are any available places. The reservation system allows you to reserve a place, and you have to pay 2-3 days, hence a lot of seats are occupied, and if someone does not pay a fee during this time, they are free.
That's how I managed to buy a concert.

Beautiful philharmonic. It's worth to see the interior and the concert hall, and drink a delicious coffee in the cafe :) The building contrasts slightly with the surrounding buildings which creates an interesting effect.
