This salon is AMAZING. Everyone was so friendly and took all the precautions for COVID-19. The space itself is gorgeous, too. I went for my highlights, cut and style with Alana and she has completely transformed my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that except and even better. Very satisfied with their service. Highly recommended.
My experiences at Fierce have been wonderful. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They really listen to your needs. You are in and out in a timely manner but never feel rushed. When making appointments they will call to remind you of your up coming appointment and when arriving for that appointment they are punctual for your visit. The cost of their services are priced well not like other salons in the area that could run you into hundreds of dollars. The salon is clean and the hours are good. So my cousin recently wanted to part ways with the above salon. Now the owner wasn t too thrilled and let my cousin go that day. To make a long story short, today (2 weeks after she left) I get a call from the FIERCE SALON offering me 40% off valid until the end of 2021. I asked if there was a special occasion they replied No. I then ITS FUNNY HOW YOU ARE CALLING ME BUT MY STYLIST ISNT WORKING THERE ANYMORE she asked my stylist. I told her I was declining the offer and letting my cousin know their calling all of her clients and offering 40% off entire service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Belkis was wonderful and such a sweet lady. She did an amazing job with my hair. I went in for a glaze and a blowout. She was super friendly and genuinely cares about her customers. I had a wonderful time and definitely will come back again!!
I highly recommend Belkis for the hair botox treatment. My hair is super soft, shiny and most importantly frizz free! I found the salon via Instagram and it was worth the hour drive there. The staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable and the salon is very well laid out and clean.

Also like that they take your appointments very seriously and never make you wait! Also one of my favorite things they do is that they always call you to remind you of your appointment which is something that i always need!

Where do I even start? I love the way they do my hair but what a horrible service they have as receptionist. They have receptionists with no experience, they don t know how to treat clients the proper way. Every time I tried to book an appointment with the stylist I want they put me with a different lady. The young lady I spoke to had a nasty attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. I rated it a 1 because of what a horrible experience. I walked in and they were all on their phones and didn t even notice I walked in. This experience with the receptionist as young folks would say it was trash . Good luck.
This place is definitely a hidden gem! I made an appointment and was seen right on time, all COVID-19 precautions were taken place. Maya took care of my hair while I was there and she was so pleasant from the start to finish. She took special care of my hair and even gave me styling tips. The entire staff was very kind and professional. They even gave me some new incentives for me to come back next time, which I definitely will! Highly recommend trying this place and supporting local businesses.

I was getting a pedi at a diff place sitting next to a curly haired woman. Since I have curly hair and wanted a local salon I asked her where she got her hair cut. She went on and on about Belkis so I looked it up and made an appt ( lucky for me there was even a Groupon). I was kind of nervous going in but the place was great and they were all super friendly. Belkis gave me an excellent haircut . I usually go to a curly specialist, but I have to say Belkis was wonderful and I will definitely go back. Thank you Belkis!!

There's nothing more important than the relationship a woman builds with her hairdresser, and that's exactly what this team does! They build relationships with their clients and never cease to amaze me every single time! From hair-dos, to color changes, to hair cuts. They do it all, and they do it flawlessly! I've had my hair done at Fierce by Shani for the past 3 years and my hair has never been happier!!! Being that I have curly coarse hair it wasn't easy finding someone who could manage it. It is one one the worst experience I have ever had. I have been there for haircut and highlights. They applied bleach on my hair but my hair didn't changed the color. They said you applied heena 6 months ago may be that is the reason. After coming back home Googled about it and got to know that this happens if hair are wet at the time of bleaching or due to bad quality product. As they are professional they must know this. Total waste of time and money.
