Very friendly staff with affordable prices on binding rugs. They confirmed what I wanted done and gave me suggestions for which trim I wanted around the rug. Having never adjusted a rug before I appreciated how they walk you through the process. My 6x9 carpet is going to be adjusted down in width and they said they would have it done in a week! Highly suggest a visit to this store if you want to customize your rug to your space.

Very helpful. They carried the heavy rug in for me unfortunately, their mask wearing was subpart. 2 employees weren't wearing any at all and 2 others only wore over their mouths. I had my infant with so it was super worrisome

rudest front desk person I've ever spoken to. my contractor went missing on our project, I offer to pay for it so I can get it installed, and she keeps interrupting saying that my name is nowhere on the project so she is not talking to me. after several attempts to be civil, I ended up just telling her to keep the carpet, and deal with the missing contractor. glad they have a good b2b relationship, as that appears to be their only care.
