Patties in my burger were over-over-overcooked. They were !!!crunchy!!! (like fat which was deep fried) and extremely dry and the bacon was the opposite I found this place in '10 best burgers in Amsterdam' and it definitely doesn't belong.

I really like the efforts made at this place! Big Green Egg, amazing technology with the rotisserie section, really decent burgers.

I think the value is fair, testament to the consistent quality it is always quite busy, but you can always get food fairly quick.

Happy to have these guys in the neighbourhood.

Shameful level. Great burger but for 14 euros really insane, you can order a better one at the local snack bar. Spare ribs one of the dirtiest (tough and tasteless) I've eaten. Corn on the cob tasteless and dry. Fries, dry as barley.

All this for the main prize. Never again.

Rotisserie was a good late lunch experience. There were three of us so we were able to entertain ourselves while we waited. It's true the food takes a while but it is cooked to order so it is hot and fresh. We all had chicken and it cooked perfectly. I would not hesitate to eat here again. It was a little pricey but well worth it. The weather was great so we enjoyed our meal outside.

Love this place, you can have great juicy burgers and great side dishes.I love the double dirty and the cheese royale with fried onionsand "potatos" (baked potatoes). There is also a long list of other dishes, specially chicken which I haven't tried yet, but I definitely will! And also cocktails, particarly gin&tonics. The only thing that I don't like much is the beer menu, it could be better with more beers to select, that is why I only give 4 stars, otherwise the place is a 5!

Cool place to hang out with good food. The fried chicken was overcooked which was quite a downside but it still tasted good and the loaded fries are awesome. The Heineken does not taste so fresh though.....

Burger bar with a difference. Fun decor and vibe for drinks and great food. Beef burgers are a proper mouthful; don't order the chicken burgers, they are disappointing by comparison. The loaded fries are tasty and filling so order 2 to share between 4 or 5 people.

Really loved the food. The roasted chicken is great (as one might expect from a rotisserie), and the sides are equally good. If you are used to American burger joints, this place will expand your horizons on what comes with a burger. The atmosphere is also fantastic - good music and good service.
Worth the detour.

Far too expensive! Then ... in the past! They used to have nice employees, now they are also antisocial! Not recommended if you want really good food! If necessary, buy a dough machine yourself and cook at home ... :)

Another great spot we ran into. My partner ordered a delicious burger and I ordered the half chicken with potatoes. The chicken was seasoned well and my partner was satisfied with his burger because it was nice and juicy. They have an array of beers, wine and liquor to choose from. It was a dark and cozy ambiance with great music!

By far the best burger I ve had in Amsterdam! Great wings/fries as well. Amazing hospitality (from a distance) from owners/workers during such a strange time of self isolation. Can t wait to come here and sit outside when restaurants are allowed to have customers again!

Cool Brooklyn style burger bar! I always make a reservation before going. To be honest it was always respected especially if I called the day before. But the food is amazing and the first thing you see when you walk in are the chefs!

Everyone's said it, I'll say it again. Best burgers in town. Burgers packed with flavor. Crunchy buns, fresh ingredients. No nonsense service and personnel behind the counter with great knowledge about beers. Go for the Royale with cheese, More

Have a nice meal at the bar and watch the art of the well-mustered bartender while enjoying a difficult beer. As an importer from Amsterdam, I really felt like a hipster and it was more than worth it.

The best burgers in Amsterdam.

The best burgers in Amsterdam.
Dine in service is a little slow but the burgers are well worth the wait.
And the onion rings - crunchy perfection.

Eaten on New Year's Eve in Rotisserie Amsterdam. It was very cold in the restaurant because of the orders that went in and out to pass on and / or pick up their orders. Unbelievable, 20 orders outside before we received our order after a long wait. The ribs burned and the frieze of an inferior quality: short, crumbled, too deep fried pieces of potato. Moreover, a music in the background that I would think my presence is not appreciated. I'm not coming back.

Meanwhile received apologies from the company. They explained how and why and suggested a visit at their expense.
Nicely handled. Thanks.

Outstanding! Best burger of the year (Monthly Special) great concept. It's really fun to eat there and watch the staff over the shoulder.

Update 08/09/2020:

It was once again very worth it. Monthly special this time Chicken Burger with Parmesan and fried egg. You don't do anything wrong here. Always worth a visit. Nice team and nobody should do without the onion rings :)

Visit citizen tents in the city regularly with a friend. We had high expectations with the cool photos on the site, but unfortunately it was disappointing. My vega burger was completely drowned, fell apart and tasted mainly of a slightly sweetish sauce. Perhaps he had been lying down for a while? He wasn't really hot either and was wrapped in a sheet of paper. In any case, far below par. The non-vega citizen of my table companion was partly burned, and the promised sauerkraut was hardly present. I thought the sandwiches were of McDonald's quality (perhaps also because everything was flooded). Nice beer selection and friendly staff.

Furthermore, non-food-related: as far as I'm concerned, loud music is out of the question, without music it is already mega busy and loud. Were seated at a table against a pillar in the middle of the passage, so we were bumped all the time by everyone who had to pass by. Better simply remove this table.

Among the 100 Mugrose sites on the avenue, this stands out for everything else. Appearance that makes you want to enter an environment that makes you want to stay (up to the glasses) and very good food, both chicken and hamburgers and accompaniment.

Prices in line with a European capital: cane 5, 1/2 chicken (alone) 8 + chips 3.5 + cheesecake 5.5 + taxes .... 23 per head.

A thousand times better than any Tai, Italian (attended by Pakistanis), Vietnamese or similar of which there are 20 on both sides of the street, empty that yes.

You will be lucky if you find a place here, but during the week it is not difficult and from 9 it is already easier (at 19.30 - 20, petado)

We got the chicken burger and the jalapenos fries. Both were superb. The fries were mouthwatering. Just spicy enough. The burger also was extremely grateful. The chicken was crispy and pretty well done. The prices were also very logical.

Called yesterday and bought a whole chicken for the first time.
It looked good and tasty sauces on the side! Enough sauce too, very nice!

Only the chicken was undercooked on the inside! Such a pity..
We really eat chicken to the bone, but that was not possible. Wanted to take a picture but didn't look appetizing.

I don't know if this is the case more often, or if we just had bad luck.

If you are looking for a place to eat a good burger, you have to drop by here. For me, the best burger in Amsterdam. It is not in a very central or tourist area, but taking public transport to eat here is totally worth it.

Ordered via uber. Uber quickly delivered, but the food from Rotisserie was really below par. Everything lukewarm to cold. Slightly cold sweet potato fries without mayo. A sparse lukewarm half chicken and an equally lukewarm corn cob in a solidified layer of butter. No eye for presentation. And apparently not thought about good packaging material. 21 euros down the drain and still hungry. Never again for me.

Guys, what happened? I used to frequent this place two years ago, but something went off the rails. I can tolerate your ridiculous prices if the quality was the same, but you really slipped. To start with: two of your better beers, out of stock, suggestions for an alternative, way off the mark.

The meal came out way too fast, within 2 mins. Quite obvious it was just sitting under a warmer. The fried chicken was from a pathetically small breast and soggy. The fries...oh the fries..every fry was broken into 2-3 pieces..the definition of bottom of the barrel.

I pointed all of this out to the waitress, she said she would say something to the kitchen, but I sincerely doubt it.

Nothing was knocked off the bill, I m insulted. 20.50 for fried chicken, fries and 1 IPA is borderline ridiculous for high quality, this was beyond the pale. I hope you just slowly slid into mediocrity and this isn t pure greed.

Please make this right.
