We have been with Field Nation for a few months now. Their team are knowledgeable, they are always making improvements to an already incredible platform and their customer service is top notch. Great for businesses and technicians.
This is a good concept and this is one of the on demand websites headed for great success for investors because it has massive potential for growth. But its not a good choice for people working and the pay is super low. It may seem like a lot but after you factor in costs its way below average. It would make sense if your in a poor third world country like India but not in the US. Think about it court cases, insurance, medical insurance, 401K, the unpaid cases that they deleted from their records, cancelled job sites. This site has its advantages but be very careful. Employers like hiring through here because they can avoid a lot of these costs and I don't think they are fair in allocating jobs or handling complaints from employees. Discrimination is not even something you discuss because the contracts are not fairly distributed. Unfortunately in the long run I dont see the internet revolution benefiting blacks it may benefit a few but the for the most of us the struggle continues with big cooperation hiding behind websites like this one.
Great company to due business with. The online platform is revolutionary! Field Nation has changed how IT Contract jobs get done. I just bid online for the work i want. I would recommend this site to any freelancer or people wanting to be there own boss.
I've worked with the company a couple times. Every employee I've worked with or talked to has been down to Earth and knowledgeable. I could not recommended them more.
Zero support for the field techs . And don t try to hold Work order managers accountable, you ll get suspended!
If you like to feel unappreciated that no one cares about you, underpaid, and over taxed as a contractor then this is the platform to work for.

The portal is great as long as you do not have to deal with back-end office. My case number Case#00589449 started on 8/22/2021 when I tried to convert my account to a service company instead of independent contractor, then realized that I do not have all the requirements, therefor never activated the service company requested and sent an email to support to restore my account to its status before the changes. Since then, things went south. My account was suspended and I am locked out of my account. I can no see any new available opportunity. Every time I called support; I get a different story. I hope someone form management see this post and get my issue resolved.
Dropped to a 1 star. I've been a user of these style of platforms for over 5 years and this one is by far the worst of them all.
10% fee on everything, even your expenses. If you pay for parts and ask for reimbursement you will get it, but you'll also be paying a 10% fee because you used FieldNation platform.
My ratings were amazing and I had an issue with Essintial Enterprise Solutions. This company put a bad review on my profile because they sent me to a site that didn't have any assistant technicians who were suppose to help me do a refresh project for WalMart. They expected me to drop all my other assignments I had lined up and spend more time at the site for them because no one else showed up! When I informed them I couldn't stay that long they canceled the assignment and put a bad review in my profile.
If you look in the community posts you'll see many others have had issues with this company and many like it.
Stick with the other platforms that don't charge fees.
My acct was deactivated because I "spammed" a few submitted cases regarding their site and inability to dispute reviews done for or against a profile when a buyer cancels the assignment on a provider.
By spamming they are referring to me sending several emails within the hour in an effort to get a response that I've waited on for over a week.
It didn't cost me anything, but it did cost me a little time. I had hard start times lined up and reoccurring IT positions that were canceled due to my acct being deactivated, but that was resolved by simply switching to a different platform because these buyers also use other platforms that I use.
Stay away from Field Nation LLC.
Just one dispute with a review from a company who is notoriously known for being poorly managed and a FN agent considering my few emails within an hour spamming, caused my account with several hard start assignments/return visits and reoccurring IT contracts to be deactivated. You guys really put your head where the sun doesn't shine. I'm sure I could have sent a couple less emails, buy that's hardly a reason to deactivate someone's account and almost cause them to lose a good chunk of money.
Seriously, do not bother with this company.
