I started out working for Field as in intern in 2014. Even as an intern I was treated as one of the Team Members. Field's hours are appropriate and flexible. If I need to work from home/take a day off because my child is sick, it is allowed. Field knows that at the end of the day, family is what is most important. You are expected to work hard while at work so that we can reap the benefits of fun later on.
