I started out working for Field as in intern in 2014. Even as an intern I was treated as one of the Team Members. After I finished my internship I knew that Field was always a place I wanted to work full time. Field is accommodating, welcoming, and all around a great place to work. Field's hours are appropriate and flexible. If I need to work from home/take a day off because my child is sick, it is allowed. Field knows that at the end of the day, family is what is most important. You are expected to work hard while at work so that we can reap the benefits of fun later on. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to work at Field. #FieldRocks
