I have been in the kitchen business for over 20 years and I have used just about all the other brands and it s a night and day difference. That being said in the years I ve been been in this Industry I have not seen much of them out on job sites. I am frequently asked about my tools and happy to explain the pros of having them. I also recommend to the different trades what I believe is the best tool for there Specific applications.
I have only one complaint and that is the lack of Experience of Festool the retailers have in my area. I m not saying I m a expert on them because I m definitely not but if a company is selling a product they should know what they are selling. I was informed that one of the retailers sold approximately $10,000 in Festool products last year and I was probably the main reason they did that.
No compromise, no planned obsolescence way to go and affordable if your business depends on it!!!
Great German-made woodworking/power tools, especially cordless drills (Li-ion batteries, great kits). Excellent dust collection systems. Used by Tommy Silva of "This Old House" fame.
Had a pickup from here, 22 pallets. No struggle. Easy going people. Their employees must love working here. Great experience with shipping.
Festool Connect is amazing!! I own probably twenty different Festool power tools, They are my go to solution for wood working tasks, They are a little quirky, but once you get used to it, they are simply the best. Pricey, YES, but worth every penny!!
