Been with this company about a month now. Have made a few calls to customer service for help with billing and online payments. Very helpful. Also had a gentleman visit for a service call. Was very friendly and took his time to do a good job even though it was a Saturday. I'm very please with my service from Festival so far.
In my experience this is an excellent company with very fair rates. I lived for a while in another region where hydro rates were much higher, so I appreciate Festival Hydro even more now. To the reviewer who complained about a $2 late fee -- this is pretty normal procedure, nothing to do with how good a company's service is.

Sometimes a person gets paid a day after a bill is due and you get slapped for 2 dollars more. No respect for any customers at all terrible service
