You change your customers a ridiculous late pay fee during this global pandemic when most other companies are making concessions and understandings during this time. Shame on you festival Hydro!

Been with this company about a month now. Have made a few calls to customer service for help with billing and online payments. Very helpful. Also had a gentleman visit for a service call. Was very friendly and took his time to do a good job even though it was a Saturday. I'm very please with my service from Festival so far.

In my experience this is an excellent company with very fair rates. I lived for a while in another region where hydro rates were much higher, so I appreciate Festival Hydro even more now. To the reviewer who complained about a $2 late fee -- this is pretty normal procedure, nothing to do with how good a company's service is.

Very reliable service. Minimal unplanned power outages.

Quick restoration times with real time updates on the problem areas.

Lots of advanced written notice for planned outages.

Competitive delivery rates considering the amount of automation (smart switches) and investment (battery storage, fibre optic network and CHP) in the local electrical grid.

Professional and safe crews when working in the area.

It s great to have a COMMUNITY owned utility.

Couldn t be happier!
