We LOVE Dr. Craig! I m currently pregnant with my second FTC baby and everything went so smoothly both times. He was levelheaded with coming up with plans and even listened to our input. It was so easy and painless! We especially love Susan Johnson remembered us two years later and Angelica always made me feel so comfortable
Dr.Craig is a mad scientist, well that s what all my doctors say about him because he s the greatest. I went to another RE prior to seeing Dr.Craig and they just repeated the same treatment all the time. With Dr. Craig, he always did something different each failed cycle and assured me that I will get pregnant & guess what, I ended up with twins. I could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you to Dr.Craig, Christina & team for making this possible for me and my husband.
Love this office! Dr.Craig truly is the best at what he does. Everything he discussed at our first session with him, came out exactly how he said. He didn't see us much, however he was always in the lab working on what to do next. The staff at this location are awesome. The nurses here are so caring and do everything they can to make you comfortable. I got pregnant on my third IUI and I'm 4 months pregnant with my first baby boy. Wish I came here sooner. Definitely worth every penny, and everything we gone through. They were upfront with all costs, and etc. no secrets. Thank you FTC for your amazing work, and wonderful staff! We cannot thank you enough.
The only bad thing I can say about the Fertility Treatment Center is that they will completely spoil your expectations for all other doctors offices. There was never a time when my wife or I waited to go in after our appointment time. If anything they usually admitted us early. Thanks to doctor Craig, my wife, who had a very rare endocrinological, was able to get pregnant after just 4 months of trying. They were professional and efficient and we never had issues with scheduling or getting anything we needed done.
I can t say enough praise for this office and ALL of the staff. From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and everyone treats you with the utmost respect. They genuinely care about you as a patient and not just a dollar sign. Dr Craig and Dr Tao are highly skilled Physicians in this profession and are always seeking new advances to improve fertility outcomes by welcoming clinical trials. My husband and I made a baby with dr. Craig and were successful on the 1st try. We were really happy with their billing department and how they helped us navigate as much through insurance as possible, that was a big draw in choosing them. Having everything in one office was extremely helpful and made life easier. I lived my ultrasound tech and my IVF advisor was very helpful. My only complaint was my first meeting with dr. Craig was 90mph and a little confusing, then we didn t see him again until the day we implanted. A little more guidance would have been appreciated or advice from him on what to put in and how. But all and all we had a very good experience and will use them again if we decide to try for a second child.
Dr. Craig was our second fertility specialist we ever went to. It was the best choice I ve ever made switching over to him. I have recommended five other infertility warriors to go to him and it was the best choice they made as well! The staff is amazing and so organized. It was a night and day difference coming from my other fertility clinic.
There was no messing around and The communication was always very clear. He was able to help us get pregnant after two years of secondary infertility and four miscarriages.
Also Christina the PA is an angel and I wish I could see hurt my whole pregnancy!!
Dr. Craig and Cristina are brilliant. I am pregnant with twins after being told that I will never be pregnant by three other doctors. Thank for you for believing in my body and thank you for not giving up on me. Would recommend 100 times over.
Dr. Craig and the office staff at FTC have been amazing. They are always their to answer questions, put a woman s fears and concerns at ease. I have used Dr. Craig and IVF treatments twice and have gotten positive results both times!!
This place is the best. I don t even know where to start. Infertility is such an emotional experience and the staff at this facility make your experience so enjoyable and as easy as possible. They are all kind, professional, friendly, compassionate, and really make you feel SEEN, understood and heard as a patient. They are so organized, on time, true to their word, and just overall incredible. I was told by numerous friends to switch to this doctor, because I had such a poor experience at my first doctor, and I am SO glad I switched. I love this place so much! 10/10 would recommend!!!!
