My husband and I made a baby with dr. Craig and were successful on the 1st try. We were really happy with their billing department and how they helped us navigate as much through insurance as possible, that was a big draw in choosing them. Having everything in one office was extremely helpful and made life easier. I lived my ultrasound tech and my IVF advisor was very helpful. My only complaint was my first meeting with dr. Craig was 90mph and a little confusing, then we didn t see him again until the day we implanted. A little more guidance would have been appreciated or advice from him on what to put in and how. But all and all we had a very good experience and will use them again if we decide to try for a second child.
