Old and spacious house. Very quiet place. The plumbing needs to be changed as the water smells and tastes like rust.

Always a great place for research and to adventure with your family. Tom Skilling from WGN Channel 9 news lives in Batavia and provides many fun adaptations of tge weather. His shows sell out quickly!!!
It's amazing how open they are about their work, it's really interesting to be in a operational national lab
Federal owned land, public access. A lot of natural preserves on site. You can come here to see the buffalo(bison), take a bike ride, fish in the ponds, or just take a walk among the trees and grass. It's a fun place to visit.
Big public event, great job with parking and moving thousands of people! Lots of displays, lots of signage to explain things, lots of knowledgeable volunteers to answer questions. We had a great time!
Contrary to what I had believed for many years, you can still drive into/through Fermi Lab (or at least you now can again.) Live buffalo herd, really good fishing (catch and release, but you don't need a license, since it's Federal property) and some really interesting science happening there. I sometimes drive from La Grange Park with my little guy just to visit there.
What an amazing area to bike. A jewel that is well maintained with both science and nature in mind.
I had a great experience in here with my classmates few years ago
Coolest place for on earth. The tour is phenomenal and eye opening. It has lot of cool physics equipment and even the building looks awesome. Definitely try to get the D-zero tour.
Great views from 15th floor. So much knowledge but to advanced for children.
nice place to visit if interested in science.
Public tours are offered every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
