Not serious business, I explain business mandated by my insurance for water damage, I had to receive a call from them to arrange an appointment within 48 hours. The days go by, I call x times nobody picks up and even by staying more than 10 minutes waiting. My ditto insurance tried to call them without success. 10 days pass my insurance mandates a new reindeer company and before even 48 hours I received a call for an appointment. A word to the wise.
