I was amazed with the service I received here. I am freshly home from the army and as I was enjoying the great arcade with my daughter my wife was informed that the restaurant had covered our meal as a thank you for my service. I appreciate the staff and management very much. I have not had such a nice thing done for me and my family since I've been home and I definitely will continue to come here and bring everyone I know. The food was amazing as well! Thank you Fenton House for everything! You made mine and my families night!

Took one hour to get a pizza. Waitress came out and apologized after 20 minutes because the kitchen couldnt get us red peppers. We ordered red onions. Red peppers are not a topping option, duh! No sauce just cheese. Newly minted waitress said first 3 toppings were free they werent. Thought bread sticks came with meal nope got charged for that and each sauce which cost more than bread. Crust on pizza wasnt like breadsticks some kind of flat unleavened stuff. Didnt know it was passover. And you have a fancy wine liquour menu but no beer list. The waitress didnt know which imports you sell. The next time my wife and l choose to spend $45 on a meal it wont be here. (We only ordered 1 beer a piece)

This was my first time dining in and I wasn't impressed with my food choices. I may just stick to our massive meat orders for large events. I will give them another shot but I will stay away from the calamari, tasted like banana peppers.

I really waffled between two stars and three. The last time we dined-in, the food was great, although quite expensive. That was probably three years ago. Our issue is that the take-out pizza used to be the best in town, and for the past 18 months, it has gone down hill so bad that we simply don't order from them anymore. Seems like it's always undercooked, extra doughy, and no sauce, even though we always ask for extra sauce. Just not our cup of tea anymore.

First time here, loved it! Our waitress was very attentive and put up with our jokes. 2 out 4 of my party had the French onion soup and thought it was fantastic! My husband and I both got the italian combo and it was well worth the price. The portions are very large. The breadsticks are to die for. Very casual atmosphere, not stuffy at all. There was a birthday party going on at the same time, but it didnt affect our service at all. Hope to come back soon!

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant! Unfornately when you order take out; it is not up to par. We have ordered from them many times and each time they have messed up our order and all they say is will give you a credit. How does that help when you have messed up someone's meal? I have it remade and then have to go pick it up again and then you do not get eat your food that is hot at that time so by the time you get back it is cold so now everything is ruined. We decided to give one more shot last night and my husband order their lasagna with meat sauce, I got their fish & chips. My husband ended up with a vegetable lasagna, my fish was alright, but the fries were not even cooked all the way. The best thing I can say at this time is the breadsticks are always amazing. It saddens me because I really love this place; but my husband is so tired of the disappointment he stated he will never eat here again. It is a very difficult time for everyone right now and we were trying to support our local restaurants; but obviously their customers aren't able to get the same treatment. Good luck Fenton House!

Well we had the special it was the perch dinner and it just came with three pieces of perch and mostaccioli who serves fish and mostaccioli together I would have thought that they would have offered an option maybe like french fries or even you know like fried potatoes or even a baked potato but the tartar sauce was way to pick leaf or what they were doing that's all it tasted like was pickles so not an overall great experience when butter breadsticks and cheese dip are a number one I guess next time I'll have to ask I wasn't sure I just never ever saw mostaccioli served with fish I thought it was a very odd combo

I never wrote a review for a restaurant but I couldn't get over how bad the Chicken Caesar Wrap tasted. It was mushy and diced so tiny I just assumed I was eating chicken. The taste was deplorable and I felt like I would loose what I did eat if I did not stop eating. Too bad. It was recommended by a friend. I bet she did not have this wrap. Also initially I wanted a half a cup of onion soup and a half a sandwich and at noon, they didn't have onion soup. I was surprised. I worked in the office for a restaurant and usually soups and lunches are well prepared even before doors open. All in all I won't be going back. Yikes!

What a horrible experience. I ordered $80 worth of food from Fenton House, the breadsticks were hard, the salad was brown, the pizza was dough, the chicken was hard as a rock. The manager said his boss is worth $50 million and has been in business for 40 years and he s not giving me any money back. I work so hard and I m a single mom and $80 is a lot of money for me so I think that they were very unprofessional and awful humans.

Got the nachos gross. Way to much cheese not enough veggies. They need to bring back the taco salad. Service is very slow. I am sorry but the bread sticks are not the same. And they are cold. Gross

I worked under both owners for a short time. Matt Dobbs wasn't the perfect manager but at least he cared about his employees lively Hood. My poor nieghbor had to move out of where I live to a small loft because of the new ownership. There are great people STILL there. All the other staff are awesome. The new owner is sketchy at best. He probably has no self respect either. After posting this it will be a long time before I go back there for a long time. It's a shame because most of the other staff like me there. I will probably be going to the Highland house for a while.

Definitely not the best experience....have dined here many times over the years, but something has changed both in the dining area as well as the kitchen. Hostess sat us 5 adults at a booth with a chair at the end (no biggie) except it was at the booth directly next to the door of the gaming room. You can only imagine how many times our chair was bumped into and the amount of children we either had to open or close the door for. (don't get me wrong, no issues with children having fun, issue is with a hostess that sat us there in the runway of the game room). Next, 5 meals all served at different times, none of them were hot. It's as if they got tired of waiting for the other meal to finish and finally brought out the one that was....obviously no longer hot. No drink refills were ever offered. Needless to say, a lot of food was taken home, and didn't taste any better warmed up. Please bring back the old Fenton House where the food was always great, the staff was exceptional, and the game room was not meant for child care services.

My husband had to go into Fenton House to get someone for Kims Cones(they are are joint business of some sort) where he got ignored by every staff member, and finally stopped a server walking past him, and asked for someone for the ice cream window. The server then goes "I guess i can send someone over there." After ringing the bell, and hollering into the back, and waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the window, i then get told they are out of more then half of their ice cream flavors.. so didnt even get their icecream, nor will i ever. We won't be back to the Fenton House either.

Had a birthday party reserved table, they were accommodating, but the food was terrible. I am so sorry, but the pizza was just horrible. I had heard such great things about this place and was very disappointed. We were not given a choice between deep dish or thin crust (apparently their only two choices). We were automatically given the thin crust, which was soggy and like eating limp pita chips with very little flavor. I thought it was just me, but the other 8 people at the party agreed. We weren't offered or given any sauces for the bread sticks and when requested they took 15 minutes to get back to our table. Needless to say the break sticks and pizza were almost eaten by that point. There were multiple empty tables so they were not rush hour busy. I hate to leave a bad review, but I won't return to this restaurant again.

Loved the food. The decor was visually apealling until you see the game room. It looks very classy up until that point. The layout is rather odd. Three entrances seems a bit much. Why have a main entrance and a carryout entrance right next to each other. We entered in the back (where the parking was) and then had to walk all the way to the front of the restaurant just to be seated. Seems like the renovation was to waist space instead of utilize it. I'd eat there again because the food was good but I wouldn't go during peak hours because the seating is limited and cramped with oversized tables.

Had the deep dish pizza. Was ok. It came out with a couple pieces mangled. Was overcharged and had to bring it to the waitresss attention even though she said she knew their was a problem with the registar?
The service was very slow and their French Onion soup tasted like it came out of a can. Way over priced.
Came here because French Laundry had a 1\2 hour wait. Next time will be more patient and wait for a table there.

Great decor and atmosphere. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful day. The hostess was extremely nice and our waiter was attentive. Breadsticks were delicious. My husband had fish & chips which I loved. I ordered a pesto baked chicken which had a lot of flavor but the chicken was very dry. We'll be back, but next time I'm not ordering the chicken.

The food was alright. Large portions. But the speed and accuracy was pretty bad. I'm not sure what they were doing, but it took over an hour to get served, and they weren't busy with diners.

Was there for a party, had a set price then they attempted to over bill/charge for items that were not ours or at an increased price. We were billed for 15 pitchers of pop and we only had 5-6 of lemonade and water. If they can get this worked out better maybe I'd give a better review.

Sorry. Won t go back. Got the Greek chicken salad which they quoted as famous . The chicken was colder than room temp and was cut up to five small bites. I was starving when I left there and my salad was 15 dollars not including tip. Daughter ordered French fries svscthey weren t cooked all the way. So disappointed, service was good but food - 1 star. U guys want to people to come back pick up ur portion sizes. Look at megas Greek chicken salad. Huge and ten dollars with tons of chicken. Don t be cheap.

Went a number of times and the food was just bad. Tasteless and no care put into anything. Typical phone-in preparation where the Average Joe comes in and thinks the bread sticks are the bomb. I would not recommend if there was a blackout and they where the only restaurant open in town . . . better to go hungry.

The filet mignon was ordered medium but came out raw and the replacement dish came out when we were almost done with the meal. My food was delicious but the waitress kept making excuses for everything.

We did takeout during COVID-19. The staff when we picked the food out were friendly. When we got home the food was hot and delicious. Got the Italian Combo. Sauce is amazing and breadsticks as always are the best!

Went with 13 family members today. We were understanding of the fact that the pipes were froze, but it took an hour to get breadsticks, an hour and a half for SALAD, and 2 hours for our meals. The breadsticks were hot so that was fine, but every single meal was cold. We ordered lasagnas, burgers, salmon, and other pastas. No apology from the server for the long wait and cold food. Never got a refill nor received dipping sauce that was ordered. My dad talked to the manager and he basically said oh well. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.
