We cannot say enough good things about FenceMaxx! We tried for 2 months to get several other fencing companies out to replace our privacy fence after the wind knocked down a large section. Scott from FenceMaxx did a fantastic job and told me exactly what was going to happen before it happened. His workers - Edgar, and the others did a great job, they cleaned up the job site as they worked, and the fence looks a million times better than before.
I'm very glad I had them replace our entire fence. We now have metal posts instead of wood, 6" wide panels vs the 4" ones before, and three cross members ( I call them ribs) which makes the fence a lot more stable and sturdy.
Our dogs are now safe from the road which is nearby, and the backyard feels a lot more private.
Great communication and pricing. Fence was installed on time by professional installers and it looks beautiful. They hauled away the previous fence and, once complete, was as if they were never there. Highly recommend!

A friend of ours had a custom fence installed by Scott and Brandon at Fencemaxx. We were impressed with the quality and had them repair, replace, and build new custom fences and gates here at our house.

I needed to replace the fence on my rental property, so I wanted something that was a good mix of quality (because renters can be hard on fences) and value. I spent several hours on yelp, BBB, and Nextdoor reading reviews, and called for bids from my the general contractor, Viking (frequently recommended), and FenceMaxx.
FenceMaxx's estimate was 80% of Viking's, and I also thought that Brandon of FenceMaxx was the most conscientious, friendly, and thorough of the bids. He answered all of my questions quickly and fully, both in person and over email, even late at night (I'm a scientist and professor, so I'm picky and ask LOTS of questions).
The fence is of very high quality and was professionally installed (on time, cleaned up well, etc.), and I was fortunate that even though my install date was scheduled for more than a month out, they had an opening and were able to move me up on the schedule, which was really great.
What really determines the quality of a business is not when things go smoothly, however, but when there's a problem. After the fence was installed, we discovered that we had a miscommunication about how much of the fence to re-do; after talking it over on the phone, Brandon agreed that it was an honest miscommunication, and he took care of the costs and labor to quickly make things right. This kind of responsiveness (Brandon is a co-owner) and attention to customer service is how you can tell you're dealing with a class act, professional company, and after my terrific experience with FenceMaxx, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Great attention to detail, whether it be workmanship or service. Good value, great workmanship. We had a steel Bull fence installed to replace a chain link and are very satisficed.
If you're looking for a fence installation company. Stop. You've found it, this is the one.
Three reasons why I had a good experience (#3 is most important):
1. Notice - I was always kept up to date, and they provided me a timeline at the very beginning so I knew exactly what the process was, and when to expect the work to be done.
2. Budget and Quality - I had concerns about the budget for my fence. Scott worked with me towards a compromise that still got me a great fence and stayed within budget. The quality of the fence and the workmanship was excellent. Extremely happy with it.
3. Customer care - Scott takes extremely good care of his customers. I had a snafu with a single sprinkler that was outside of the fence/property line. It was clearly the builder's fault, but Scott took it upon himself to fix move it because, and I quote, "we want you to be happy with your fence". He even stayed behind to make sure and adjust it so it was just right. Scott and FenceMaxx clearly went above and beyond here.
These guys did a great job. They have the best price out of four bids And use the best materials available and the best stain available. This was not a particularly easy fence job because of the elevation change and the rocky terrain but they were able to do it very well and within two days time. I recommend them to anybody needing fencing work.

I contact FenceMax on a Saturday and left hem my name and number, and to my surprise they called me back with minutes. I didn t even know they were open on Saturday s. I needed my fence repaired ASAP. They came and repaired it before the estimate repair date and I love it. They did a very good job.
Everyone I worked with and spoke to at Fencemaxx had a great personality and they did their best to ensure I got out of the project what I wanted and needed. The workers had several years of experience and it showed in the quality final product. I definitely will recommend them to not only you but also my friends and family and will use their services if I ever need anything in the future.
Final product looks good, but there were several issues overlooked but resolved by Scott after we pointed them out.
Update(edit star ranking): had to have them out to correct issues with part of the fence supported by only the pickets. And now in less than 6 months from the installation the low quality materials are already warping and leaning. Now they want to charge to replace the bad materials they put in.

FenceMaxx replaced my back fence and side gate, it looks great, excellent quality and workmanship. Work was started 1 day early with my approval due to rain in the forecast. I would 100% recommend FenceMax. Brandon stayed in contact from the first phone call until the last nail was pounded in. We are thrilled with the finished job. They installed a 6 wood picket fence with a 2 tight woven lattice on top. The finish detail on the lattice adds such impressive beauty to the fence. All seams on the lattice are covered, top to bottom. This is a very professionally run company.

I had FenceMaxx replace a side of my fence about a year ago. Two sections had fallen down in the storm, and they were able to get me in quickly and we ended up replacing that whole side. That side is still in excellent condition.
