Their loan officer Eduardo Rojo is extremely unprofessional. He literally has no character to work in this business! Would go at extremes just to fulfill his personal gains. He should not be allowed to practice his license should be suspended.Totally unethical behavior !!!

HORRIBLE! SELLERS BEWARE! !!!!! We had to reschedule our closing several times. It took a whole EXTRA month to close on our home. Then, my husband and I were forced to presign our closing papers in order close on the house because we were going to be out of town. THE COMPANY SHORTED
US ON OUR SALE! The buyer had a contract with us to pay extra money for the delay and we got a fraction of what they were supposed to give us. Then they advice the buyer not to pay! DOLORES ACOSTA IS THE WORST! Scam artists!!! Now I'm stuck with credit card debt from having to pay two mortgages, 2 utility bills, and 2 hoa fees! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DOLORES I WILL BE CONTACTING YOUR BOSS! YOU SHOULD BE FIRED!

0 but there's not cero , anyway don't go because I did the loan with them and I got a very good mortgage price but guess what they Fembi sold my mortgage to another bank who is Sun Trust so this new bank they did the figures again now my mortgage increased, according to sun trust Fembi people don't know how to do mortgages so good luck if you go to Fembi .

Would never do business with them again.. not a good experience. Feels like Im signing my life to the devil. My only regret is that I left my other company.
