Went here for an Ariana Grande concert on 7th June 2017. The security was high, with armed police, bag checks, pat downs etc. Was a huge queue but we got there a little later than doors opening time so didn't queue for too long. Sign posting wasn't very helpful and some staff very rude. But inside the arena the staff were friendly and helpful, it was bigger than I expected, also the toilets are unisex and were a bit dirty with no toilet paper.

Good venue as far as seeing the performance, however the security was not as good as I expected. The only alcoholic drinks available were Heineken at 10 euro or Champagne, 'though if I had known what the security was like I would have taken my own as many appeared to do.

Easy access from the metro, well managed, spotlessly clean for an arena. All support staff are helpful and friendly. Amazing experience, and I am referring to just the arena. Jean Michel Jarre was also fantastic.

What more can we say about this huge room where everything was written. Easy to access by metro ... no problem either for your daily physical activity and reaching your 10,000 steps. You just have to go around the stands 10 times and the count will be there. Historical point anyway! Bercy will forever remain THE hall where Teddy Riner lost after a course of more than 150 fights without the slightest defeat ...

I went to see Florence and The Machine here. Amazing voice and a very good show. Beautiful venue. 4 stars out of 5 because I'm almost 2 metres in height, and the space I had for my legs was just not enough. But it is like this for most venues when it comes to tall people. So you average size people should have no problem with it.

Easy to reach with uber. The entrances differ from where you are: so take a good look at your ticket! Very many places, if you are small I recommend to sit in the gallery. There is a bar on, you can also buy drinks in the room before you enter. Is in a bottle, you will not receive the cap (safety?).

Attended the Shawn Mendez concert. All the emergents of the organisation were well taken care of , exits marked clearly and helpful staff placed all over the premises. It is also pretty easy to reach - metro is just 20 meters away

10 euros for a Heineken pint. The arena ground itself is very flat which is not really suited for major music event. The staff is great though.

Fantastic place for a big show. Would recommend that you book the standing area because the seats are very far away from the stage because of the size of the arena.

Flew across the world to experience the Hans Zimmer Tour. The arena was a standard hall seating, but with great acoustics! Arrive early to avoid long queues into the arena. Best option is to stay nearby the arena for easier access and egress.

Very good location for events, next to a large park. The design is wonderful. The facilities are great. I was particularly impressed with how well organised the event was. Thousands of people were checked and directed to their seats in about 20 minutes. After the concert, everyone was out in 10 minutes. No hassle at all. Also very close to the Metro entrance, so location is easy to reach.

It was really confusing, all men security personnel were very helpfull and kind, the women thought were too aggressive and disrespectfull. Clean areas and toilets, good view even on the balconies. The tickets were hard to find and overpriced on other platforms, not available on the official AccorHotels Arena site (suppose to be sold out) available again there only few days before the event. In other words the antibot system of the arena site is trash. Just saying.

A large concert hall not necessarily top level sound and facilities but rather nice overall. Queues (at least side pit) on the other hand leave a lot to be desired and it could be improvable. By cons there is a lot of passage so perfect to see all kinds of groups and different backgrounds. On the other hand big structure sometimes says ticket price a little inflated although it depends mainly on the artists. I advise if you want to make a beautiful concert of a group in particular for a very particular moment.

Very good concert hall or sports events. A large capacity requires a lot of effort to get in or out. But everything is going pretty well. Access by metro, bus and parking next, if necessary.
