I hated the sites. I hated the staff. I hated the uniform. I hated the pay rate (minimum wage). One of their supervisors constantly pressured me to work extra shifts when it conflicted with school (which made me worn out and sleep deprived whenever I was at work).
Plus, majority of the sites I worked in were just me alone standing still in public locations, which was made infinitely worse by their goofy looking uniform. I couldn't tell if I was working as a security or a clown.
Great location for work, lots of excitement. New assignments all the time. So busy at times I had to remind myself to breathe. Keeping up with the management here was like being on the campaign trail with them, very high energy people. I will always remember the time taken by management to celebrate significant occasions in the employees lives, despite their hectic schedules. Working here was a good learning experience that will set the foundations of my professional career.
worked here a few years ago. the owner and a few supervisors were pretty great. i received my vest in a good amount of time and worked many great events where i was given the lead. but the pay was terrible. i speak 4 different languages, have security experience in high profile sites and was only given 12$/h. i felt like crap and eventually parted ways with the company. but if you dont mind the low pay, then go ahead, they are great people
