For a job paying at minimum wage, but with requested experience of more than 5 years.
The final bouquet no response after 2 months. They promise you lots of jobs to collect your references in the end.

The consultants of this firm run after the recruitment bonuses, the follow-up of the candidates is absent! They disappear after the first contact, and if the profile does not match the offer you will never return.

Scandalous ... What a lack of respect for the candidates. Being kicked out for a job, going through several interviews, never to get any response from the firm! The least of the corrections being to give feedback to the candidate, whether it is good or bad. Deplorable. I wish Mr. Boris Blanc to be treated with such little consideration one day.
Frankly what to say?
We go out of our way to have you on the phone, we finally manage to canvass you and we contact you for an interview, we ask you to bring back countless personal documents.
And all this for what ?
So that we never call you back despite your experience and qualifications.
It s pretty amazing how simple we are pawns in their eyes.
On the pretext that they are there to find something for you, they play their part, never respond to your emails, and when you call them, are extremely speedy towards you.
In any case do not count on them, I found a job by myself and I remain convinced that it is the best possible outcome.
Get away from this mediocre interim agency as soon as possible.

- Mr. Blanc and Mrs. Karine favreau are two incompetent consultants. Unbelievable. If you are contacted by these two people, there is no interest. A clown behavior towards the candidates.
- Domitille d'Erceville behaves normally with candidates. If she's the one calling you, you may want to listen to her message.
Ps: During the missions, there is no control with their client.
I was on a mission for them several times, no information taken. Once positioned with the customer you are without follow-ups.
The good thing: the tools that are used to mention schedules are completely digital. It s pretty good.
