They tried to call about some bill that the hospital messed up on. Yet when you call them back you are on hold for over an hour or they hang up on you. If they are trying to collect debt you would think people could answer the phones once in a while. Ended up calling the hospitals billing Dept directly to get the issue resolved and they still keep trying to call.
If I could give them a negative star I would.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My medical bills were returned to the hospital on no fault of my own, but a postal error. They automatically sent them to collections when they were returned. I actually received the 3rd one with the entire amount due. When trying to contact this company on the due date of my medical bills I was hung up on. Terrible customer service.

My bill, that I have never seen from the hospital, was sent to Financial Corporation of America. I gave them a call and while trying to explain the reasoning behind my call, I get cut off by the agent. She was rude and not willing to listen. I ask how to pay and she states I could pay over the phone. I say I will pay online and then I get hung up on. After this awkward call, I began to wonder if this is all a scam attempt to get my money. I will definitely do my own research calling the hospital billing department to see if they forwarded my bill to a shady collections agency.

Absolute bottom of the barrel in terms of customer service. Rep had zero interest in listening to my concerns, answering questions or even making sure that she had the account for the right person.

Just cuts me off mid-sentence to ask a question, or when I say something's not right, she says "do you want to set up a payment plan?" It's like talking to a machine.

Nothing they were saying made any sense so I asked them to send it to me _in writing_. Haven't heard a peep since then.

You'd think a collection agency would try to make it easy as possible for me to give them my money, but apparently not.
