This is an awesome place, very multicultural. I met wonderful people in this office. Some workers speak spanish. Last time I went on september 2018, I got help to apply for my work permit online. I highly recommend this place. They are professionals.

It is a very well organized institution, they have trained personnel in each area and give gentle treatment to the people who are there. They have separate sections for men and women to whom they provide various types of social assistance.

This is a non-profit organization that helps immigrants or refugees from any country who want or are already in Canada to establish themselves and get everything from medical aid to help filling out government forms and psychological help with free, qualified doctors, the Mr. Francisco Rico and all the people who work with him, his wife included, are a team dedicated to giving this wonderful help, recommended 100%

I was having a clothing drive at school and I tried to get in contact with this organization to donate all the clothes to them however, they completely ignored my emails and my phone calls to the center. I highly do not recommend that people donate to them, there are other organizations that help refugees integrate to Canadian society and other organizations are more helpful than this one.

These people literally saved my life. Please go if you need help. Also VOLUNTEERRR

There is a great team working they welcome and help everybody to comes in. Staff is friendly and helpful even if schedule and place is full and busy. They could guide you with the steps and information to follow if you need or want to stay legal in Canada. I recommend to call or mail them before for appointment.

They are very friendly and helpful people, they know their job very well and you leave the center happy. I really love this place, they are doing a great job there, l strongly recommend people to go there, my only regret is that l didn't get to know this place on time because so many mistakes l have made so far l wouldn't have made if l had known them before now. Thanks so much FCJ for all the good work, keep it up.

Very short waiting times. The staff was very friendly and attentive, they speak multiple languages which is very useful to attend cases of refugees/immigrants.

They never honour their appointments. They tell you to come 10am but attend to you 12-1pm, all just to tell you the person you came to see isn't around so now you have to go back home (especially if you've come from a long distance) to call again 'cuz for some strange reason, appointments can't be made in the office.

Garbage place, where is suppose to help people, never attended you on the time that they made your appointment, a guy named Saleh made an appointment and the office was closed that day and never call to tell us that it will be close, next time we made an appointment with guendoly and she wasn't there we had to wait for 1 hour, so garbage place that never help. Move on to other place . basuraaaaa.
