FCI Lender Services Inc. Review

This company is not a company. It is a one man show named Keith. No one answers the phone, you are transferred to the answering machine and it seemingly is only Keith who does all the work- which isn't much... My title company requested a payoff letter to be sent. It took over a month and we still didn't receive it in time, thus delaying the closing. When we finally did receive the letter it had already expired, not to mention they had charged us several thousand dollars worth of bogus fees and charges. Completely unethical and sketchy services provided by this company... Will be reporting this company to the better business bureau- consumers beware!

Awful. Just awful. There should be an option for negative stars as they have earned them.

I've called 5 times today to make a payment and each time they place me on a 30 minute hold. Jonathan and Nathaniel are the worst.

Worst company on the planet! Been trying to refinance with these clowns and no one ever gets back to you. All I ever get is vm s and when I finally talk with someone they only take checks by phone! I thought this was 2018??? Oh and they don t report your loan to any credit reports because and I quote we don t have to !

FCI offers horrible service. It doesn't worth any star. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use FCI. Here is our story: Initially we had a private lender to originate the loan, then without letting us know, the original loan company passed the loan to FCI to service the rest of loan terms, which is 11 months. We fully paid off the loan 2 months before the term ends. FCI cashed our final payment immediately. And we told FCI we want to pay off the loan, FCI confirmed it saying "you can pay off anytime, no problem". However, 2 months later we supposed to get the title transferred, we realized FCI didn't release the title, and they charged us a "late fee". This is ridiculous. Where does the late fee come from? Why they cashed the final payment and say we didn't pay off? We have our account history to approve what we did. They clearly take advantage of consumers. This is dirty lending industry, be careful every home owner.

These people are scam artists, they should be put into jail for costing people millions of dollars. They do not fulfill document requests and lie to customers about receiving faxes and or emails. They will lose your paperwork, they will hang up the phone on you, they will curse at you, they will forge documents and they will purposefully omit information to cause you harm. They are the worst company to work with, anyone that reads this review should run away form this company and anyone that is a existing costumer should team up with me to file a class action lawsuit for the negligence

Non-existent customer service (no one answers the phone, responds to email), inconsistent or contradictory instructions/requirements when setting up loans for servicing, website almost always requires that you reset password for access. Would not recommend and will not use in the future.

I have two loans currently being serviced with this company. Since day 1 I have had nothing but problems...every month...both loans. It started when they duplicated a loan and tried to tell me I had interest due on the duplicate. It was a mess that took months to sort. Then several issues with their ACH payments. I won't use the lender I used previously as I never want to deal with FCI again.

Serving the customers are below. Average. My account was all messed up and I had to catch it to contact my lender because their figures were all incorrect as to what I/O. When year they did not pay my property taxes and I did not catch it until the next year. By that time the county took me out of Homestead. I did not know why my taxes were so high because of them.

Fell in love with a cabin for a weekend retreat , everything worked outed great except for this joke off a finance company paid the place off early just to get rid of these clowns. Very bad reporting and servicing.

This company is terrible. IF YOUR LOAN GETS TRANSFERRED HERE SELL YOUR HOUSE IMMEDIATELY!!. How the he'll do you only accept checks in 2018??. Terrible, uninformed customer service.

They are the worst company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to refi my house and you have to pay 25 bucks for them to show payment history. And it has to be mailed. Wong release it over the phone. Garbage company

I just want to say thank you for your help. I called this morning about a check from your company sent to me by a person and his "business who i am familiar with. I was making sure the check was legit because of my curiosity and the teller has saved the day. I am glad of my strength and your fast acknowledgement. Your teller told me the check was false.

I have been repeatedly contacted by this company regarding a property that I have never heard of, in a town I have never heard of. Some how they have my name and my private work phone number!!! But the wrong name of my ex and a property nowhere near me. I have received many calls, always telling them the same thing. I finally sent a cease and desist notice.

I would give negative stars if I could. Customer service is beyond horrible.

I am an electrical contractor who has done work for this company for quite awhile now. I have dealt with many departments and met a lot of their employees. Everyone is nice that I have met. It is a pleasure to work there and appreciate their business.

they seem to be fine for lenders. but all the customer reviews say they are not so good. I have been on the customer side and can tell you they work with lenders who charge very high fees and rates, and for all the money the service from FCI should be better. I have been hit with late fees because they stopped my autodraft without telling me, and they did this on multiple occasions. I would really use a different lender if they are serviced by FCI. They are a debt collector and treat even the good paying borrowers poorly. Every problem I had during my loan period was created by them not drafting the payments as agreed. They have a list of reasons why, then of course they get late fees and phone payment charges of $18. Really bad experience - they will tell you it's not their fault. But if you represent bad lenders with bad policies (ie genesis capital), then you are linking your integrity to theirs.

My company is HouseSmith Properties LLC. I have used FCI since 2012 for loan servicing. I have had nothing but good experiences from everyone there. From receiving payments to simple questions, I have always had fast friendly help.

This predatory company is absolutely the worst. Offering no help and never answering phones or returning calls and communication. If I could give them a negative star that would be more fitting

I updated my ACH info in October and they have yet to update it in their system and telling me that I am responsible for late charges and now not eligible for ACH because they keep trying to pull from my old account. Even though they have told me they received the information for the update in October when I sent it. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. And will be consulting with other lenders just to get away from these incompetent people

I have used FCI for multiple years as a lender. They have provided me an excellent web site to view loans and have been responsive to my needs as a lender. Now they decided that servicing fees that increase during forclosure are not reinburseable to the lender unless you specifically right it into the note. This arbitrary decision cost me over 2 thousand dollars.

Terrible customer service, terrible loan servicing. They lead the borrower into foreclosure. If you have an option to avoid working with FCI, do it at any cost. Do not get involved with this Fraudulent, you may loose your house if you let the lender choose this loan servicing company.

Horrible customer service!! Nobody have ever answered the phone and I have not received a return call in over a month. I tried to file a complaint with BBB but they not listed on there. This may be a fraudulent company!! I wish I could give them negative reviews!!! This is a horrible company!!

I am a conventional mortgage lender and have been dealing with these clowns in an effort to get a simple mortgage verification for a client of mine. Faxed requests multiple times. They say they never received. Emailed requests multiple times - they say they do not get them. Called multiple times, got human being twice out of maybe 10 calls. Rest of the time it goes straight to VM. I think they play the "stall" tactic because they know their client is looking to pay off the loan, and they want to get as many days' interest as possible by delaying. I will be logging a formal complaint with the CFPB.

They have not deposited my payments for about three months, no explanation at all. No explanation....

If I could give this company zero stars, I would give them -100. They are jerks. If you get a loan with these jerks as the servicer, don't get the loan.

Terrible service. email - no longer valid, difficult to make payments. auto draft service blocked. on-line payment service blocked. high fees charged, late fees charged. Company not user friendly.

Using FCI is a great way to lose your property. I had automatic payments setup thru their website and an employee reversed them without my knowledge. I received a statement on 3/12 saying it was past due and 3/13 received a letter from my lender saying they would start with foreclosure.

I had my loan with them they told me the final do day as April first so I m made that payment cane to find out March first was the last payment so I called them and told them that my statement shows last payment is April 1st so they Screwed me out of $17,500 Penalty fee and 18% on the balance my payment jumped from 1100 to 3600 I do not recommend this place to not use them they re complete rip off with an attitude I wish I could give them a zero
