Bitter cheese like poison, I bought an ALPINE tomino from Basko, I cut a piece of it, removing the white crust and I ate it, it was bitter like gall! Even the aftertaste has remained, for a long time, the horrible sensation of having it still in the mouth. I was also unwell the following day. It was not expired, I checked before consuming it, as I always do, and it was perfectly closed. The next day I phoned the Osella company but I had to insist for days before they finally let me talk to a manager who happened to call me while I was in an office for an important interview. I asked the manager Osella for a quarter of an hour to finish the speech with the person I was with, but I have not been called back. The switchboard gave me empty interiors, I could see that there was no willingness on my part to really understand what had happened to that cheese to be so bad. A shame.
