Employees are very respectful, orders right and food is always delicious! Last night got to meet Gregory Hellman from Orange is the New Black! Famously handsome...

i love this franchise but this restaurant fail to complete my order by not putting everything we order and i got home no fat fries 2nd time

My burger was over cooked like they literally burned the entire burger

On top of it ,it look like someone vomited in my meal ... and it was cold when it was arriving
Fries was cold , onion ring was cold... the only they were able to keep warm was my lemonade ironically it was supposed to be ice cold but no it was warm !

To summarize it I throw it to the garbage .

Not first time I eat fat burger but definitely the last actually not even the last since I throw everything to garbage

Staff is friendly, food was good and fast 0.5 miles from my hotel. This location is small and intimate.

Bomb diggity! So good but if I order too much food then it costs a lot of money! Burgers are great quality and the shakes are made with real ice cream.

The first time we tried Fatburger! The burgers are good, we got both fries, were also good. It was take out due to virus issues, but food was hot and ready when we arrived. You have to order on Toast app, great first try.

The last two times I went here, they got my order wrong. The first time they forget my Cajun chicken sandwich. This time they charged me for a XXL burger but gave me a large burger. Also forgot the grilled onions and jalapenos. It's too far to go back so I guess I have to suck it up again.

Drive through slowest in the world. Cashier can atleast give you eye contact after waiting 20 minutes or even should say something about the delay. I was waiting on just one burger why do I have to have wait for them to make these orders after mine, until I get mine?

Best burgers known to man, the food is amazing and you can the burger made exactly the way you want and they never mess up on that either it always comes out great and the sweet relish used is amazing. The skinny fries are good but the fat fries are better, i also like how every location has the similar floor plan with the old fashion style look and the boom box. The service at this location was fantastic super friendly and welcoming i really enjoyed coming here and eating with my family

Burgers were excellent as were the onion rings. Staff were ok, it was really busy, and after being in food service for many years I understand how hard it can be.

It's the one place where I can get my picky 5 yr old to eat her food. We split a burger, but hae eats her whole half without arguement and without hesitation. She definitely rates Fatburger a 5.

Great burgers, as always. Perhaps the best Turkey burgers ever; juicy and flavorful. Deducting 1 star because they do not have the char grill that most Fatburgers have. But in thy part of town, there is nothing better.

I've been going off and on 2 Fat Burgers the reason being is the flavors are the same as I started going there about 20 years ago

Little busy but great service and well worth the weight...lol just kidding , very friendly and accommodating...if your in Hollywood stop bybuyy!

If you are ordering food from ubereats or postmates please look elsewhere they completely missed half of my meal

Excellent scene for quality burgers. Good place to catch up with friends. I'll return with my relatives. This place has a great feel to it.

I'm always super nostalgic about this Fat Burger. It was the first place I ate when I moved to Hollywood from Oakland in 2003. Delicious. Still my favorite Burger stand.

Went today to buy some burgers, two of the guys were not wearing masks, a drive thru customer asked the guy who seemed to be the manager why they where not wearing masks and his answer was the kitchen is too hot for me to wear a mask, if you are not happy with it, go away

Rude staff. Long wait. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of us. I ve never had such a bad experience.

Okay, I'm going to go ahead and say it, I liked it better than In N Out. First, you have a variety of sizes to choose from. I got the very meaty 1lb. "Large" burger but they go all the way up to XXXL. It was made fresh right there when I ordered it from freshly ground beef and it was packaged so nicely, not too dry nor too wet with too many sauces. And the fries! Let me tell you about the gorgeous fries. They come either skinny or fat. The fat fries are thicker and way more potatoey. I enjoyed these far more that skinny shoestring fries. The oreo shake I got was made to order with real cookies and cream ice cream and cookie chunks with whipped cream. It was thick and rich and very, very good. I will definitely be going here again over any other burger place in the area.

Lastly, the inside of the Fatburger on Vermont is like a throwback to old-fashioned diners. It was cozy and clean with great stainless steel counters and stools. And the staff was laid back, friendly, and very sweet. The girl that made my burger had a smile that could melt an iceberg, and the young woman that took my order was clear in her communications and made sure my order was 100% correct. Plus, all the cooks looked like they were having a good time. It was a great vibe inside the kitchen which was apparent in the great burger.

Line is long and disorganized but food is excellent. The online orders from various sources really messes with their ability to deal with customers in person. The food was awesome though.

It's all about the burgers! Consistently good, in my opinion. Very juicy, tender, flavorful beef. To top it off, they're open 24 hours! (Drive thru)

So I came in to the restaurant and it was crazy full. Non the less the guy at the register, who's name I believe was George was very friendly and with great costumer service. He told me there would be a short wait for him to be able to take my order, he was helping someone else on the drive thru. He apologized for the very short wait and proceeded to take my order. He repeated the order and everything was perfect. He told me there would be a short wait for my food to come out. Waited for the food he assured me that all the essentials would be in the bag. Got home everything was PERFECT THAT NIGHT CREW ROCKS! ASK FOR GEORGE HE'S AWESOME AND VERY FRIENDLY!

Any restaurant, should have a restroom for the customer. Not employees only, this wrong in anyway you look at it. I hope managment sees this

Food is good, but drive through was awful. Waited 15 mins and nobody even greeted me. Went in to the store after 20, as I was tired of waiting.

Everytime I go here, they seem in chaos. Tonight I waited 30 min in the drive thru for my food and we were the only car...

It was a pretty good experience. I've been there a couple of times, and everytime was great. The prices are high compared to in N out. Staff there was very friendly.

Fat burger is the best ! Fresh , hot , made to order burgers and fries . Normally this is the best fat burger around , but part of our order was wrong so 1/2 the order was cold by the time they remade the other half . They weren't as busy as usual and we repeated the order a couple times . If it wasn't for that it would be five stars for sure .

Very disrespectful & slow. Sat at drive thru window for 3 to 4 minutes & when I said hello to see if it was working the worker snapped at me & yelled "DAMN CAN I HAVE A MINUTE" so I just drove off but I looked inside & they only had 1 customer, wow guess they don't like money.

We are in LA for vacation, tried Fatburger because we were so disappointed with In and Out and it is delicious. Friendly staff, hot food and great options.

Jasmine has a very bad attitude and ruined my experience. I drove to the next nearest fatburger and received excellent service. Jasmine is losing you lucrative business.

food tasted so good, they are open late night and prepare when you order which is fantastic. but i had the Worst stomach ache and straight up diarrhea the morning after. I was cramping from stomach pain for hours before work. i know it was the food, cause its not a usual occurence from me and i was fine directly beforw and after. so ill consider eating here again, while at the same time considering a brutal morning after.

Solid for a fast food joint. The burger is actually really good but there is usually a lengthy wait for it. Recommended but not if you re in a rush.

Fatburger used to make some of the best hot wings in Honey and Tabasco sauce unfortunately stopped making them

The owner should be example by wearing a mask when serving food. All employees were wearing a mask except the older bold guy. I'm assuming he's the owner

You can have all of your umami burgers and in and out burgers. Fatburger has the best burger in town!

Love the jukebox in this location! It happened to be playing Run DMC "It's Like That." This made ordering food fun and easy. The quality is spot on and the taste is great. This time I chose the 1000 island burger but I'm the large size. I did do a vanilla milk shake too. A great compliment to a great burger. At this location you can walk in, order by phone or drive thru.

Not worth the 12 dollars for a burger and fries. Takes 20 minutes to get your food. Won't be coming back here for sure.

Great food and adequate service, I would not use the drive thru again though. The intercom was really hard to hear and though they are fast, they didn't slow down to clarify my order so I had to walk in anyway.

We have eaten at different Fatburgers all over CA and the service here is the best by far. Jorge and his team couldn t have done any more. We had a visitor and Jorge helped guide him through the menu. Jorge also brought us out condiments and napkins when we sat outside before we even asked. Great, great service
