I think you are afraid the cable operator

No response till time
Cheating with customer
I send complaint to last 40 hours but no solution the problem
My customer ID is VC 82532593 STB ID 4C08AF44.
I AM PAID THE May FEE. BUT YOU ARE STOP THE PAID CHANNEL SD.
I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THE HE SAID THE CUSTOMER I'D .

They have net plus connection. Speed of net is goo...

They have net plus connection. Speed of net is good. First of all, I purchased Rs 499 plan but high speed internet finished within few days due to use of many gadgets like TV and mobile phones, laptop etc. Then, I purchased Rs 599 plan where we get unlimited high speed. I think this is good option.

Very pathetic service!

Very pathetic service!
I am using fastway netplus broadband and pay my bills time to time.
In May month when my april bill was generated I had time to pay till 15 th may and had paid the bill on same date when bill was generated. They deactivated my net next day saying i hadn't paid the bill whereas it was reflecting that user had paid the bill and said will get activated in 2 hours .
Because of covid 19 I work from home and without internet it's difficult to work and they didn't helped me from 2:00pm to evening 6:00 pm net didn't get activated I called several times and they said it will get activated in 5 mins at 6:00 the executive said it can't get activated because my operator had mailed them to do so and only he can activate it and shared a number which was switched off and denied to provide any service.
I was in risk of losing my job because I wasn't able to complete my project work. I begged them though they didn't listened. Operator denied to provide service.
I called on several numbers though no help.
At last I begged my manager to just give one more day and I have to work on holiday because of netplus.
Next day when again i contacted customer care they started to play again and showed no service.
At last I found one number and that person helped me knowing my situation.
Friends till lockdown I can't switch but seriously I had processed my request to sue them for mental harrassment.
I have call recordings and payment proof which I will use as evidence to make them regret what happens when they play with users unnecessarily.
I couldn't sleep whole night because my job was pending and in this critical time I was helpless and company can kick me out anytime if I failed to complete my work.
If you are even thinking of purchasing it I humbly share not even think of it as alternative as they are total scammers.
When you really need it they won't service you even there service centers are scammers.
I am going to take them to court.

My cable is not working. In curfew my children has only one thing to entrainment but that is also not working. I m tried calling form past 2 days on customer care and our local operator numbers but nobody is helping. As per govt online services are working in curfew but our operator is not concerned. Pls help to whom should we contact.
