I have had a dozen pictures worked on by FAST FRAME Hwy Pineville 51 and they were all perfect. I was very pleased with the quality of Matt's artistic skills and advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
So far so good, not an easy place to find, but once you do the help, and in case the owner very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me a place where it was affordable for me, but her taste in putting a frame together to highlight an old 1949 black and white class picture of my Dad's class, spot on.
I will provide more information once I pick up the finished product, which am confident will be great.
Definitely one of those places you'll want to know about in life. Incredible selection, staff provided very polite quick turn around for the framing situation I had. Great pricing too. Am recommending this shop to anyone I know with framing needs.

What a great experience! Quality service from the time you enter the door till you leave. My brother was in from out of town and they went out of their way to get our unique project done quickly for us. I was on a mission to get my a very good friend of mine a meaningful gift for his birthday. He was born and raised in the hills of Vermont but has fallen in love with North Carolina. He has numerous likes but one of his favorites is the barn that is featured in the Days of Thunder Movie. Every time he goes to NC he spends time at the barn. I went looking for a print of the barn that did not have any Days of Thunder mention on it just the barn. I was able to find a print that I liked. It came from North Carolina, Prefect... Now as I sat with my mind going like a hamster on a wheel the print was matted already but didn't want to give it to him the way it was. I contacted FastFrame because the barn is from NC, the print was from NC I wanted a frame from barn board from NC and then shipped to him from NC. I contacted FastFrame and Barbara got right back to me we discussed my vision that I wanted. She told me that she could do a frame with barn board but it would be expensive. I like my friend but wasn't in my budget. Barbara knowing what vision I had sent me I think 7 different rustic style frames that she felt would work with the print after I sent her a picture of it. I fell in love with one, sent the print to her. After she received it she made recommendation to swap out the mat that is was on. Looked so much better with her recommendation! within less than a week my print was re-matted, framed and on its way to Vermont with my carefully custom made birthday card I had sent with it.
There are NO words that I can put down to describe how happy I am with the attention to detail time and care that Barbara and her staff put into my little birthday project that they made my vision become a reality. He received it yesterday and he is the type of person that I had to carefully plan this seeing he does not open gifts if he knows they are gifts it arrived a week after his birthday and he thought it was work related so he opened it :-)

While we had to abandon our project at no fault of the store, Barbara was wonderful during the planning stages. She made great recommendations, described where and how we could reduce the costs, and spent as much time going over our options as we needed. I definitely plan to work with FastFrame again at some point in the future.

Yesterday, I went in to get my frame fixed on one of my tare artwork that I had for a long time. I thought, I had to go on and drop off the piece and put it up another day;but that was not the case. Not only I did not have to wait, it took 10 minutes and he put a more secure hanger so it the frame would not break again!!! I have other artworks that need to be framed so I will be taking them to Fast Frames. Thanks for the great customer service and professionalism.
